Even in a higher heat setting and with rinse aid. We tried three different dishwasher they all do the same thing now.

The 3 hour , YES ..3 hour wash cycle is a little crazy but it also won’t drain automatically. You have to push some button to get it to drain and it never drains completely. There is like an inch of water in the bottom always. Luckily I am still able to rip this out and return it to BestBuy
