But when the old one died it was needed. Changed our brand and style. So in love with the options, features not to mention the quiet sound. Also love the look and cleaner of it.

I have not used the third rack yet for silverware, but I am excited that it offers extra space. The heating element works really well, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my dishes are being sanitized. When I first opened the dishwasher after it had finished, there was a lot of steam. I left the two racks open and and there were no spots on any silverware. Definitely a really good product.

Good Budget Dishwasher

I didn't like the way the replacement dishwasher loaded. Also the clean dishes that came out of the dishwasher felt like they had a film on them. I used liquid dishwashing machine detergent. I don't know if it would have made a difference if I used pods instead. The whirlpool is fine but I returned the replacement Whirlpool for an upgraded dishwasher which has features I like better.
