Washes great, very quite. Only problem does not dry completely. Even on hot dry. Otherwise it great.

The machine is likely a 4-star and installation cost and overall cost value are clearly each a 0-star. Thus 2-star. The machine cleans well, cycles are quite long, and machine has large effective capacity. Instructions are poor.
Delivery and installation (including uninstalling old machine, taking it out and unpacking and installing the machine, "upgrading" electrical and plumbing took FORTY (40) MINUTES. For this Best Buy charged me $249.99 installation (plus an installation kit for $37.99) plus 49.99 for Haul away plus $39.99 for delivery. Then add $400 for the "upgrades" (perhaps 15 minutes work plus parts were needed--but that bill was NOT itemized). So a $649.99 machine had a total cost of $1473.45 including tax.
Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves charging $290 for delivery and installation and letting the installer charge an additional $400 on top of that. They DID warn me there could be an additional cost; they said they didn't know how much. Given I paid them $250 for installation they needed to limit the rest--$400 for very little work. I estimate the parts were under $100 (from the Home Depot site).
Summary: Best Buy is not a "best buy"; they were a party to the consumer paying more for installation than the cost of the machine. To add insult to injury it took Best Buy about two weeks to install--only after I was not happy about three weeks

Extremely quiet, can barely tell it’s on, and almost too quiet. Cleans dishes amazingly!

I found this dishwasher to be very good. Its quiet and does a great job washing dishes. I love the third rack for utensils, it gives me more room on the bottom rack for big stuff.
