Connecting it was easy the hard part was leveling it, but once that was done it was great! The reason I’m giving it a 3 is because we bought it March 17th and they weren’t able to deliver it until May 1st .

Running cycle is too long at 3 hours, and if you select the shorter wash the dishes do not wash or dry well. Dishes do not come super clean in the long wash cycle either if you have any stuck on food. Was limited on choices because of inventory shortages.

It came without any of the tubing or items you need for set up. If you don’t purchase the installation package, you are essentially left with a dishwasher with no installation parts. I would be very careful when opting to buy an open box item in the future.

If it was my choice I would have exchanged this the first week. My wife didn’t want to mess with it. Had this for almost two years and now the heating element needs replacement. Didn’t dry good when it worked, but doesn’t dry at all now. Stay away!
