Fan of whirlpool ———> Made in America Good value and quiet

Thank you for the opportunity to rate this product. I researched numerous dishwashers online prior to going to our local store. In fact, I took the printout of this product with me. Ordered it directly from the store within minutes of talking with the sales associate. However, it is not due to be delivered until November 11th (due to manufacturing and color). I will be able to rate its operation at that time.

Dishwasher went out. I had a non-geek squad member come out to look at the dishwasher and they said that it was poorly installed and the pump is going out due to a hose not being properly elevated. The repair estimate I received is about $500. Of course, i'm 2-3 months out of warranty.

Worked well for 1 year. 3 days after the warranty expiration, it quit working with a control board failure. Whirlpool refused (rightfully) to cover it under warranty even though only 3 days had passed since expiration. The expectation when buying such a product from a reputable company is that it will last many years. Very disappointed! Lesson learned. Will try a different brand with longer manufacturer warranty.

Missing parts and already had to get serviced. Not off to a good start.

Regretting this purchase. The wash cycles vary between 1 hr 38 mins (quick was) to over 3 1/2 hours for a regular or heavy duty wash. And the cherry on top is that it doesn’t dry the dishes well at all.

Poor quality! I’ve had this dishwasher for 21 months, and last week the water inlet valve had to be replaced and this week it starts leaking water from the bottom of the door. None of this is covered by Best Buy.

I am happy with this purchase. It seems to clean the dishes well and there is a lot of space in the dish washer to place various items. It is also easy to operate and clean.

This is the most quiet Dish Washer ever! We love and highly recommend it.

Very quiet. Very deep everything fits. The cycles took me by surprise as a "normal" cycle took 4 hrs to run. We rise before we load the dishwasher because we don't run it every day so we changed to "light" wash. This is only an hour cycle and indont think we need more then that.

Needs to run 3 hours or more for dishes and they are still not as clean as my 14 year old whirlpool that it replaced. Had to have delivery scheduled 3 times to I finally get one that wasn't damaged! I was a lifetime Whirlpool person but not anymore.

My plumber was not able to hook up this dishwasher, an extra hose was needed that was not included beyond the purchased extra kit and the plumbing supply house didn’t have one, nor did Home Depot. Plumber helped me load it for return… frustrating, disappointing and inconvenient… return was easy. No idea about performance of course.

Item has yet to be delivered. Delivery cancelled 3 times and no answer on when or if I will get my machine!

4 hours to Clean your dishes is absurd. This should’ve been disclosed at time of purchase.

Terrible dishwasher wish I had never bought it. Still trying to get the leak fixed after 3 months. STAY AWAY!!

Rusting after a year. Very disappointed. The vent has a rust circle around it

so quiet you dont know its running. installation was troublesome

1st four weeks the washer was great. Had it installed 11/16, control panel was malfunctioning. called whirlpool, Set appointment for repair, 1/6, that was pushed back to 1/11, now I am told that the part is on backorder and there is no timeline as to when the part will be available. So bottom line At Whirlpool, $900.00 gets you a bit over 6 weeks of service.

Looks good with kitchen design but doesn’t dry dishes.

We bought our dishwasher in the beginning of May with delivery & installation & disconnect & removal of old dishwasher. Well here we are with this brand new dishwasher still in the box as of 6/25/22 because for some reason the installation keeps getting canceled. I guess we need to return this so we can go somewhere else or they need to install it like we paid for.
