Expensive but not the best. I had a GE before and it was cheaper and worked much better.

Even after turning the circuit breaker off for over a minute, no change. Total tech was useless because I have to got through Whirlpool for service.

Whirlpool Stand By Your Products!!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this whirlpool dishwasher in January 2023. It has only worked for 3 weeks since we bought it. First the plastic connector connecting the dishwasher to the water supply arrived cracked. I called whirlpool to get a replacement part. After replacing the part, the pump on the dishwasher broke. I called Whirlpool and they somehow lost our registration and manually entered product purchase date for January 2022 leaving us with a nonworking dishwasher. They refused to cover service and have left us with a perpetually broken dishwasher. I will never but another whirlpool product again. Whirlpool delved in shady practices to avoid responsibility for a low-quality product.

Warranty, what warranty.

According to Wirlpool's website: "The electronic control system of Whirlpool dishwashers are also covered by a four-year limited warranty beyond the first year after purchase...." I called to obtain warranty service on the main control board after it failed 20 months after purchase, clearly within the "four-year" warranty. Wirlpool states that this warranty only covers Kitchenaide dishwashers. So, now I have a $700 piece of junk and a company that will not stand behind their own warranty. I guess limited means that they limit their exposure to absolutely nothing. I will not ever buy anything from the Wirlpool brand of products.

Poor service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a review of Best Buy and their lack of service regarding this product. We purchased Whirlpool dishwasher and upon installing it 2 weeks later, we discovered the top drawer didn’t roll out. A Whirlpool technician advised us that it was due to a damaged interior wall (most likely due to being dropped). Because I was 3 days outside their 15 day return policy, they refused to stand behind their product and exchange our dishwasher for a functioning dishwasher. Their solution was for me to buy a $50 membership to extend my return window. So no I’m supposed to pay an additional $50 to get what I should have received on the first place!!
