+This model replaces our 12-year plus Whirlpool, The new one isn't as good. The new one is quieter, but all cycles take longer. Main complaint is the drying. You CANNOT get dry dishes! Always water on glasses/cup bottoms and the flatware. Irritating. Despite the irritations, it works very well and seems to be well-made.

This machine works well. The racks fit all of my dishes well and I appreciate the option for placing silverware on the top rack or the baskets. It's a little louder than I'd expected, but still far better than my old dishwasher.

We had to replaced an older kitchen aid dishwasher that was pretty good, but when we got this dishwasher, we were impressed at how well it cleaned and at how quiet it is. We use it almost every day and when we empty it, we think how good this dishwasher is. FYI Best Buy used a third party to install the dishwasher and the guys who did it were excellent.

I love how quiet it is and the dishes come out sparkling.

Dishwasher was easy to install. Dishes come out very clean. Even though this is not a deep tub model, it can hold more than the average regular tub due to its smart design and adjustable top rack. It also runs very quiet. We hardly know it’s running and can start it anytime without concern for noise.

Very Quiet. Does a great job cleaning, even plastics with tomato sauce stains. Good space with the third draw. Recomment.

It fit perfectly. I installed it myself, and it was really easy. It gets the dishes really clean even with a bargain detergent. It runs very quietly. I sometimes have to check and make sure I actually turned it on. As some other commenters have stated, it doesn't dry the dishes completely, but that's not a negative for me. I would buy it again.

Looks beautiful. Pretty quiet. Dries the dishes nicely on the regular heat dry setting. It dries the dishes better than my Bosch did. I bought it to replace a really loud older dishwasher, after moving into a new (to me) home. It doesn't fit as many dishes in it to clean as the old one did. Normal wash cycle runs for 3 hours. I'm happy with it.

Love how quite it is and how much better it works than my previous dishwasher. And, the silverware/small item tray on top is wonderful.

Our old dishwasher would always get our dishes dirtier than before we started the dishwasher. Now with this new dishwasher, our dishes are finally getting clean and I can barely hear it run.

Smooth, pretty quiet, simple to use but has good features. I like the top tray that can hold extra long cooking utensils and coffee mug lids. The only down side would be that it can take more than 2.5 to over 3 hours to run, and the not all the dishes are completely dry, but overall, satisfied!

Looks good, cleans good and is super quiet! We replaced our 19 year old Bosch with this unit. We were not so sure it would be as quiet but it is. Dishwashers were hard to find in March 2022 and most were overpriced and hard to find due to supply chain issues. The Whirlpool struck the right balance for us (price, quiet, reliability record, serviceability). So far no complaints. Love the three racks too! Looks great!

Very happy with our new dishwasher. It is so quiet that is hard to believe it is on. The only thing I wished I had looked at were the option cycles. This one only has delay and on which is fine, but a rinse only cycle would have been nice. Overall, looks great, cleans beautifully and is super quiet.

Works so quite I thought It wasn’t working at all. Clean dishes ,glasses and silverware. The extra shelf is great also

I really like this dishwasher. It holds a lot of dishes. The third rack at the top isxa game changer. I only gave it 4 stars due to poor installation that was done by Besy Buy total tech installers. It took 3 days to get it right snd ot stll seems not to be level. Its lower in the back and the door wants to pop up when open.
