Not very happy

It had a dent but I didnt think it was a big deal; well I was wrong. It stop working six month in, the screen on top of the washer went all glitchy and the dishwasher is just taking up space. I call bestbuy and they said to call the manufacturer since it was in the first one year; even though I have the total protection plan. A Whirlpool tech came in 3 months ago to check it out and the parts needed are back ordered. needless to say, it has been over 4 months with a dud for a dishwasher. When it worked, it worked but if it breaks within 7 months, the quality may be subpar.

Not that Good

Having said that, the quick wash worked well and ran for 45 minutes with heated drying. For the Whirlpool, the quick wash is fine, but it takes an hour and it does not heat dry in that time....that requires an addition 45 minutes. We were limited on what we could buy because of the size of the space. We would have preferred a Samsung but it would not fit. Just goes to show that technology does not always get better. This unit works but it is not the best value for money. If space is not a limitation, buy Samsung or LG.

Buy the Geek Squad warranty for peace of mind

Had some trouble with the previous one and we were still in the manufacturers warranty when it broke. It was difficult and took some time but after a couple weeks the ended up replacing our dishwasher. This time I was wise to purchase the geek squad warranty Works well. Cleans the dishes
