Soup sometimes is not fully dissolved, and rinse is not enough, after washing, I have to rinse it again sometimes, I can feel it is a little sticky.

Then had to go to the pearlridge store to handle that but they gave me a discount on it so i was happy

Needed a replacement for my pricier dishwasher that broke down after the warranty expired. This dishwasher came quickly and works just as good, if not better, than the other. The only thing missing is the "bottle wash" option.

This thing does a poor job unless you prewash everything. Constantly having to rewash items. Plus it takes hours to wash. Even the ‘speedy’ cycle is slow. Do not buy this-it’s not worth the price

Installers were terrible; made and left a BIG mess. Don't try to get ANY answers from Whirlpool - they don't respond unless you pay for an answer first.

It was expensive for our budget.

The top rack for "incidentals" is really handy; we can put all the stuff that normally we would handwash. Love the stainless steel tub. Solid and a great purchase. So glad I decided on this one.
