If the power light wasn’t on, I’d never know if it was running. So quiet! It’s still brand new to me, but so far does an excellent job at cleaning and drying. I’ve only used the sensor mode cycle, and have zero complaints.

I called bestbuy to find out if they could help me and was directed to talk to manufacturer. When I called whirpool they told me that I need to have a extended guarantee and pay a monthly fee which I do not agree to sign off on. So neither Bestbuy nor Whirlpool were trying to help me resolve my issue. I have been a loyal customer of Bestbuy for years and all my major appliances were bought there and even got a credit card. But this experience make me think that I need to look out for another alternatives

Delivery driver canceled one hour before my delivery window. Best Buy would not find a new delivery driver that day. They rescheduled me another week out. I canceled the sale altogether and found an alternative option.

JUNK. Doesn’t wash dishes after 1.5 years.

Broke down just outside of the manufacturer warranty. Purchased March 21st 2022. Broke down October of 2023. Now I either have to pay another $200-$300 to have it repaired or just buy a new one. For an appliance this expensive it should be guaranteed to last a MINIMUM of 5 years. Whirlpool should be embarrassed.
