Easily returned with receipt once plumber pointed out the defective problem with hose connection and will never buy another appliance from Best Buy's outlet again. Buyers be warned.

Delivery driver canceled one hour before my delivery window. Best Buy would not find a new delivery driver that day. They rescheduled me another week out. I canceled the sale altogether and found an alternative option.

I was disappointed each time when I dried different utensils, glasses, and ceramic plates. Water was found still running off the glasses, primarily.

Third shelf is as useful as I thought it would be. About the only thing that will fit is a big knife or spatulia. Have to bend down too much to reach bottom shelf. Controls are not visible enough to operate. Also a problem getting Tupperware dry after completed cycle.
