The cycles took me by surprise as a "normal" cycle took 4 hrs to run. We rise before we load the dishwasher because we don't run it every day so we changed to "light" wash. This is only an hour cycle and indont think we need more then that.

Easily returned with receipt once plumber pointed out the defective problem with hose connection and will never buy another appliance from Best Buy's outlet again. Buyers be warned.

Third shelf is as useful as I thought it would be. About the only thing that will fit is a big knife or spatulia. Have to bend down too much to reach bottom shelf. Controls are not visible enough to operate. Also a problem getting Tupperware dry after completed cycle.
