It does a great job most of the time. It doesn’t dry as good as I would like it too even when put on extended dry.

We had this dishwasher for 2 months before it broke...the first time. It took 30 days to get an appointment to diagnose the problem and another 20 days to get the part - a circuit board. We made it 5 more months and the circuit board appears to have broken again (same error codes as last time). It will take another 30 days for a repair team to come out to diagnose the problem and then we will have to wait until the replacement part comes in to schedule appointment #4. During my call, the manufacturer informed me that there is also a "quality control" issue with the heating element and our dishwasher is on the list for a replacement. We have to set up a separate appointment (#5 for those playing along) for someone to come diagnose the already identified heating element issue. The good news is they have the heating elements in stock however they won't be bringing the replacement with them, no we need a 6th appointment for that to happen. Each call to the manufacturer takes 45-60 minutes on hold. Worst customer service ever!

Not happy with this dishwasher, wash cycles take hours to run and doesn’t completely dry the dishes. My sixteen year old Kenmore dishwasher was a better product.

The dishwasher runs so quietly that you can't tell that it is on. Love that the control pad is not visible when the door is closed.

Bestbuy did a faulty install of my dishwasher with incomplete parts, after a few months I had water all over my kitchen floor and ruined my ceiling down stairs costing me thousands of dollars! Tried to use warranty to find out this is a year old expired unit!! Bestbuy screwing their customers! Be careful

We updated our kitchen appliances recently replacing a perfectly working older unit. Well this new Whirlpool dish washer does NOT cut the mustard. Compared to the older unit new unit does not dry the dishes or the items on the Third rack as well as my older washer. The well over priced Whirlpool was quite the waste of money.

Dishwasher was defective. Had to reorder a new one that is again delayed. I ordered dishwasher at the beginning of February and still don’t have one and now looks like it will be the end of May until I get the new one. Very disappointed

Returned it - way too noisy. I replaced a 9 year old whirlpool dishwasher that was quieter than this one. Went for the Samsung that was so much nicer and much quieter.

Nothing wrong with this product. But as usual all new appliances nowadays are this one is also look great but nothing compare to old appliances. It is really small from inside. Nowadays manufacturers are trying to rip up people. Same with this product. Overall not impressed with this product. Honestly this is not the problem of Best Buy store. It is the manufacturer who make this kind of silly product.

The dish rack for the large plates is too low and hurts my back when bending to load or unload.

Very good so far but wonder why the holes/gap on the bottom base board adjustment are so exposed. Detracts from the appearance if you notice them.

I love it. Quiet and sleek looking. Dishes are getting cleaned. Very happy.

I like the dishwasher. However, labeling it as "Excellent" was complete crap. We have now had 3 different people out to install as it keeps moving due to the fact that at least one of the legs was stripped and they had to shim it which then slides off the shims every 4-6 months.

Looks nice and is quiet but the dry function is only a fan and not heat so it is ineffective.

Don't buy!!! Dishwasher had strong burning smell when used. Best buy had someone come look at it. They said it was normal. THAT SMELL WAS NOT NORMAL. The very next time I used the dishwasher, it completely stopped working. No lights.. nothing. This dishwasher is a lemon. Maybe I got the bad one outta the bunch. I highly DO NOT recommend. I wish I could give it negative stars.

Dishwasher went out. I had a non-geek squad member come out to look at the dishwasher and they said that it was poorly installed and the pump is going out due to a hose not being properly elevated. The repair estimate I received is about $500. Of course, i'm 2-3 months out of warranty.

Most ridiculous difficult install I have ever seen, it washes good but never would have bought it, if I had known about install and the cost to have it done, and it didn't come with all the needed parts

I had this installed 12/3/20. On 1/8/22 the thing started leaking all over my house when I was not home. Plumber here verified its mot the plumbing, it’s the dishwasher. Geek Squad laughed at me for not purchasing the extended warranty and hung up on me.
