It is not hooked to the garbage disposal... There is still a bit of moisture in the unit after drying that could cause a musty smell, but other than that...it's a good appliance.

Love the features but physically disappoints

However, I already have rust on the front not sure why but this happened within a few weeks which is very disappointing. Another issue was the plastic to protect the product was almost impossible to remove!

The layout is perfect! It has its own tray for large cooking utensils, glasses and bowls fit easily on the second tray and the third tray is well configured for dishes, glass cookware and pots and pans. It is very quiet and you can pick the wash cycle you want.. from long to short wash n dry.
