The only issue I have is that the 3rd rack for silverware always has water droplets on it after drying. It is necessary to empty the bottom rack first , then second rack then 3rd rack last, otherwise water will drop on clean dishes from the 3rd rack.

The only down side is that the timer and buttons are on top of the door and are hidden under our counter top so its really hard to see how much time if left.
