Not very happy, I bought this dishwasher as a open-box item. It had a dent but I didnt think it was a big deal; well I was wrong. It stop working six month in, the screen on top of the washer went all glitchy and the dishwasher is just taking up space. I call bestbuy and they said to call the manufacturer since it was in the first one year; even though I have the total protection plan. A Whirlpool tech came in 3 months ago to check it out and the parts needed are back ordered. needless to say, it has been over 4 months with a dud for a dishwasher. When it worked, it worked but if it breaks within 7 months, the quality may be subpar.

I love the upper tray for our larger utensils. Trays slide in and very easy.

The dishwasher itself has been fine. I DO NOT recommend having Best Buy install. Everything initially seemed fine, however after a period of time (right after install coverage expired) I discovered that the actual dishwasher was not attached to ANYTHING. All the installers did was hook up power and the drain and then shoved it into the space. I talked to customer support, their solution was for me to pay for another installation service. They would not have anyone come back to make the initial installation right. I then had to take time off work, and install this thing myself so that it didn't tip over every time you pulled the bottom drawer out.

Happy with our dishwasher so far. Had some trouble with the previous one and we were still in the manufacturers warranty when it broke. It was difficult and took some time but after a couple weeks the ended up replacing our dishwasher. This time I was wise to purchase the geek squad warranty Works well. Cleans the dishes

The dishwasher is so quiet and efficient. Easy operation.

We had this dishwasher for 2 months before it broke...the first time. It took 30 days to get an appointment to diagnose the problem and another 20 days to get the part - a circuit board. We made it 5 more months and the circuit board appears to have broken again (same error codes as last time). It will take another 30 days for a repair team to come out to diagnose the problem and then we will have to wait until the replacement part comes in to schedule appointment #4. During my call, the manufacturer informed me that there is also a "quality control" issue with the heating element and our dishwasher is on the list for a replacement. We have to set up a separate appointment (#5 for those playing along) for someone to come diagnose the already identified heating element issue. The good news is they have the heating elements in stock however they won't be bringing the replacement with them, no we need a 6th appointment for that to happen. Each call to the manufacturer takes 45-60 minutes on hold. Worst customer service ever!

Love this dishwasher. It’s quiet and love that I has no visible handle.

Better then Samsung in my opnion. 3rd tray is really useful for knifes
