I called bestbuy to find out if they could help me and was directed to talk to manufacturer. When I called whirpool they told me that I need to have a extended guarantee and pay a monthly fee which I do not agree to sign off on. So neither Bestbuy nor Whirlpool were trying to help me resolve my issue. I have been a loyal customer of Bestbuy for years and all my major appliances were bought there and even got a credit card. But this experience make me think that I need to look out for another alternatives

One guy looked at the electric plug and said I had to have a new electric plug installed. When done you guys said it would be about 25 days before they could come back out to install it. Canceled your crew. Hired some else. Will install tomorrow.

My previous GE model, which was more affordable, did a much better job of cleaning and drying dishes. With this model, the dishes consistently come out soaking wet, which makes the ‘dryer’ feature feel misleading. Whirlpool should consider revisiting the drying functionality or dropping that claim from their branding.
