    Bought this 2 months Ago and we haven’t stopped using it since we have 3 kids. Very easy to use and it does a fantastic job cleaning.

    Pros: cleans really well and holds a lot - the bottom shelf is much lower than our old one thus making room for taller things and a 3rd shelf. Even the express wash does well. Cons: haven't figured out how to load bowls such that they don't fall over (the instructions were kinda vague).

    The third shelf is very convenient and functional, however I'm still trying to see why the plates aren't as clean. Could be a setting or placement.

    Love the cycle options, interior volume, quiet, and performance. Not a fan of the top controls as they are not easily visible or accessible when the door is closed. Lowering the height 3/4" and adding a filler on top helps

    Quiet. Getting used to different arrangements and the fact that if you open it, it doesn't resume the cycle unless you reset. I love that third top self for lids, steak knives, and other items.
