We finally upgraded from a top freezer to a side by side; plenty of space for a couple; like all the room in the freezer!

hard to give a thorough review after only a short time (one week since delivery) but so far so good. Looks and functions well.

I just closed on my home and was searching for a fridge. This particular one all other stores such as Lowes, Home Depot, The Garner Appliance Center were on back order. Best Buy saved the day as I couldn't go any longer without a fridge. Did I mention, it fits perfect and they price matched with the other competitors!!

I’m very happy with this refrigerator - it’s got lots of space on both sides plus the shelves are deep. It looks really nice and fingerprints have not been a problem so far. It was quite a chore to get it through the doorway but the delivery guys were very professional and got it in without a scratch.

Great fridge! Finger prints wipe off easily and the room inside is perfect. Didn't get the water dispenser or ice cube maker (use bottled water and normal ice trays) and gained a huge amount of space on the inside door.

Love Whirlpool appliances. Best major appliances money can buy. This refrigerator replaces the 5yr old GE junk that came with the house when we bought it.

Good value for the money. Only issue, like reported by others is that at times it can be a bit noisy.

I really like the side-by side refrigerator / freezer. So much quieter than my old fridge. The guys who brought it were great. They answered the questions that I had, hauled out my old fridge, and cleaned up. They came wearing their masks - very efficient and careful.

We have a large family and we use this Whirlpool side by side as a spare and backup refrigerator in our garage. We do not have it hooked up to water. It looks great and it runs great! We are very happy with it. Very solid.

We were pleased with all aspects of the purchase and delivery. The delivery men were great. They were in and out in a very short time. They observed the precautions for the virus. The product is what we asked for and we are pleased with the performance. Thanks to all.

I had a Whirlpool refrigerator which I bought at Best Buy 10 years ago. Loved it until it recently started to get very loud. I understand 10 years is the typical lifespan of a refrigerator. I purchased this Whirlpool because I was so pleased with the old one. Prices have skyrocketed from 10 years ago so I went with this reasonably priced one. It was VERY noisy from the get-go. I tried to get used to it but just couldn't. I have a 1400 square ft house and could hear it in every room and even over the tv. They say you get what you pay for, and that was certainly true in this case. I exchanged it for another one, another brand, for some more money but not a lot and it was like night and day. Maybe the one I got was a bad apple; I don't know. I'm just grateful that Best Buy made it so easy to return. No hassles. Just remember appliances like this have a short return window.

This fridge had a dent on the front. I was told I would get a gift card or a they would replace it. I called the number several times that they left for me. I was told to leave a number and they would return my call. I did not get a return call. It is a great fridge.

Ability to be able to see what is insde. No water dispenser or ice maker which gives me plenty of space. Well made. Not noisy. Delivery was on time and very professional.

Good overall fridge could use more lighting but for price good value

Do not buy this model! First delivery was noisy and wheel can’t be adjusted to accommodate uneven floor, warbles when we open the door. Has to return it for kids safety concern. The second one was noisy too. Almost 1 month till now, the noise is getting louder and louder and almost unbearable. Called bestbuy and was told to contact the manufacturer, however, still waiting for the manufacturer to answer my phone. Very disappointed.
