Very disappointed on how loud this refrigerator is . I should have read the reviews but our space size did limit us to what we could have . I guess our option is to return it and maybe the next one is not as loud .

The WORST purchase experience I've ever had! The two delivery personnel had no idea of what they were doing and damaged the refrigerator beyond repair when trying to get it in my house. Then I had to wait another week before a replacement was delivered. Same two idiots arrived with my new refrigerator and put two dents in it! Also my deck and steps were damaged by them! Claims came out, took pictures and I haven't heard from them since! Terrible experience!

This refrigerator came two days after ordering it which was awesome and the delivery man put it exactly where we wanted it is nice and quiet plenty of room on the refrigerator side in the freezer side platter purchased at a great price

The refrigerator has been excellent since we had it delivered nearly a month ago, but the exterior shows smudges more readily than our previous refrigerator - which was a smudge-resistant white. We'd prefer to have the option to purchase this model in white (or a pastel color), with a good "smudge resistant" finish.

There is nothing special about the fridge. It does its job as it should. It does move to easy other than that it is a good fridge.

I am very happy with my Whirlpool refrigerator. Runs very quiet. My only issue is smaller shelf space.

This is a good side-by-side for the money. It is louder that I would like from time to time.

Lots of space for everchanging palate of 90 yr old parents...with extra space to fill with those items that always seem to disappear! Fewer trips to grocery store thank goodness!! Nice and quiet too!

We had a Kimchi refrigerator for over 10 years. I was working fine but we thought it was about time to do. Instead of getting another one, we decided to go with an another regular refrigerator. It is working fine so far .

Lots of space in here freezer and refrigerator. First one delivered was defective. Best Buy straightened everything out and a new one was brought and leveled within a couple of days. This was right in the middle of the covid shut down and Best Buy was great.

This refrigerator looks nice and it was appealing to us that it doesn't have water lines or an ice maker which allows for more space inside the unit, but it is so loud. It was loud upon installation. We've had it for 11 months and the noise is almost distracting. I should have exchanged it.

This refri has lots of easy to use and accessible space. We didn't want a water/ice dispenser to take up room or the complications. This refri fits the bill. Unless we have problems over time we would buy this again. And the delivery guys did a great job bringing it in the house.

The sales people are hard to find but once I was helped he was pleasant and professional. Great price for an open boxed item. free delivery so you cant beat that.

I am very happy with my refrigerator. The space on the inside is generous. The quality and the price are excellent. I wanted a fridge without an icemaker this model is perfect for me.
