So far, so good. Replaced a poor quality Samsung French Door with an ice maker, that rusted out and leaked water. The wi98rlpool does not have an ice maker or water dispenser.

WARNING! Do not buy! Just moved into a new home and thought a reliable Whirlpool fridge purchased through Best Buy would be the safest way to go - boy was I wrong. This fridge accumulates So much frost inside frozen food packages I can almost make a snow cone. The door has a tight spot that stops the door from closing. This is very annoying having to constantly check if the door is closed. Milk and dairy stored on the bottom shelf spoil after 4 to 5 days even at max cold. I called Best Buy to find they have a 15 day return policy so I highly suggest avoiding this Whirlpool fridge and definitely spending your money somewhere else.

Spacious but leaves a lot of hand and finger prints

This is a great buy. I love it. I did not want an ice maker feature due to another purchase with the ice maker was leaking. So far, its been good for my family and I.

We did a whole office remodel and bought 2 of these for the new kitchen space. I liked that it did not come with a water feature - those tend to break and leak overtime. So far so good.

Refrigerator is good but freezer builds up ice around the door. Whirlpool replaced the door but still builds up ice.

I needed this refrigerator as a backup and it was easy to go on line to order it and it was delivered in a timely manner then even have to leave home to do this I really like LG products in the refrigerators always hold up

We love the refrigerator. We wanted one without and ice cube maker in order to get the extra space. This one is perfect as a second refrigerator for us.

I love this fridge! I prefer not having an ice maker or water filter on my fridge because those things can break and become a headache; this is the perfect side by side!

Purchased for my grandparents as a Christmas gift. They love it to this day and it has not had any issues. Only complaints were that it needs another crisper drawer, it can be purchased separately though.

Very nice Refrigerator. More room than we expected. Very deep inside. It is installed in our garage so we did not want the ice maker. Preferred to have more room inside and we got it.

Simple and so far reliable. We needed a second refrigerator and did not need an ice maker and water dispenser. Both of which take up space. Very satisfied with unit and would recommend it.

It gets really cold, solid and consistent. Value doesn't get much better.

I have tried calling a number of times and keep getting passed around from one department to another. The fridge was delivered without the top shelf - all we need is that one piece and it's been very frustrating and still hasn't been resolved.

Zero Stars. This unit was delivered on Nov. 5 and by the end of December we were already noticing that it was not keeping all of our food frozen. We made sure the unit had plenty of air flow, the temp setting was at its coldest and the coils were free of dust debris. Have been on hold with Whirlpool and Best Buy now for almost an hour without speaking to a human.

The delivery of this refrigerator was amazing. The refrigerator never touched the floor because the men carried it in. They came when they said they would be here.

Very efficient, economical, appears to be reliable so far.
