    Great sales team. Terrible delivery service!

    Sales team is great but delivery team sucks. Made up an excuse not to deliver my refrigerators as I waited over 2 hours for the scheduled delivery. And this is not even the first time this has happened to me from their third party delivery service. Very disappointing!

    Freezer didn’t cool to freezing point

    Freezer didn’t work properly. Exchanged it thinking it was just a bad unit. Second one had same problem, so clearly there is an issue with this unit reaching/maintaining the factory setting of 0 degrees at the mid setting. Off by over 20 degrees. Returned and got a GE that could be set for an actual temperature. I would strongly recommend not getting this whirlpool.

    After in plug it in it was annoyingly loud and never shut off I look reviews on Refrigerators only whirlpool had all bad reviews all the same as I wrote! I repurchased a Samsung dual compressor for the same price very quit ! 1 hour freezes at O deg wirlpool takes 24 hour s

    Less than 10 months old and refrigerated won’t cool. Best Buy passed us off to Whirlpool and they took over a week to schedule service call. Would not purchase again.

    The refrigerator is too warm, I just got it two weeks. I tried to set the temperature to coldest, but it did not work, my food thawed! Don't waste your money!

    Very poor quality! Doors dont match up. Freezes food on the top rack can't turn temp up it causes the milk in the door to spoil.

    Freezer went out then the fridge!!! I bought it 4/26/20 came 5/1/20 and I still haven’t had it fixed!! Hasn’t worked in two weeks!! And still waiting the compressor went out!! How only had it for 3 months!!! Not worth it!! Whirlpool sucks!! Don’t waste your money!!

    Arrived Damaged

    Product arrived damaged on the interior. There were small cuts and holes in the lining and the brownish inside could be seen. Also there were 2 large globs of what looked and felt like lubricant on the shelves which I had to wipe away. On the bottom shelf in the back there was a lot of dust and debris which I had to vacuum. Delivery persons contacted their boss and showed him pictures and he said the refrigerator needed to be taken away due to safety reasons. Also, did not appear very stable.

    Your basic refrigerator

    Its exactly what I was looking for to replace the one in my garage, but the shelving system is not good. Minimal adjusting and the shelves themselves are thin glass that bow with minimal items on. I have the feeling that I’m loading a glass curio cabinet.

    No doubt it is a very good refrigerator, but too much noise, it’s feel like running a get engine and always loud noise in our kitchen. You can hear loud noise in the night. Will be returning soon.

    This is the second time I had to have a technician come to my home to fix this refrigerator that never worked properly. I just learned that I need the computerized "brain" to make it work! I cannot recommend this product at all.!!
