After only a day or two the handle to the freezer broke off. Then a few more days later the handle to the fridge started coming lose. Also the size and design of the freezer doesn’t work for us. Can’t even hold a frozen pizza. Needless to say, we are returning it and picking out a different model.

It is very hard to keep clean. Even using the prescribed cleaner/polisher and following the directions, it smears and streaks. Trust me you do not want this refrigerator. The outside finish glares. I have other appliances that are fingerprint resistant and there is a big difference. The finish is much nicer. I have had it one year now and I wish I could trade it in and pick another.

Side-by-side fridge

Can't determine if it is an adjustment or not. Whirlpool will be out to look at it and repair or replace. Best Buy has always made it right so I'm not to concerned. Maybe consider another brand if your looking at a side-by-side.

There is a place for one, but it doesn't come pre-installed. Overall, the refrigerator is a small one for it's size. We had to move this one into the garage for extra freezer space, and use it for beverages.

But when it was delivered to us it came with two big dents, one on each door and two holes in the refrigerator’s lower area. The delivery man took pictures and sent to the management. We were promised to receive a brand new one in October.

Freezer Not Cold Enough

Pizzas on top shelf were completely thawed. Called Best Buy and they referred us to Whirlpool for assistance. Hopefully Whirlpool will stand by their products and find a remedy.
