Ability to be able to see what is insde. No water dispenser or ice maker which gives me plenty of space. Well made. Not noisy. Delivery was on time and very professional.

I am very happy with my Whirlpool refrigerator. Runs very quiet. My only issue is smaller shelf space.

This is a good side-by-side for the money. It is louder that I would like from time to time.

The refrigerator has been excellent since we had it delivered nearly a month ago, but the exterior shows smudges more readily than our previous refrigerator - which was a smudge-resistant white. We'd prefer to have the option to purchase this model in white (or a pastel color), with a good "smudge resistant" finish.

It’s great for a second fridge. Lots of freezer room and easy installation

Lots of space in here freezer and refrigerator. First one delivered was defective. Best Buy straightened everything out and a new one was brought and leveled within a couple of days. This was right in the middle of the covid shut down and Best Buy was great.

This refri has lots of easy to use and accessible space. We didn't want a water/ice dispenser to take up room or the complications. This refri fits the bill. Unless we have problems over time we would buy this again. And the delivery guys did a great job bringing it in the house.

We had a Kimchi refrigerator for over 10 years. I was working fine but we thought it was about time to do. Instead of getting another one, we decided to go with an another regular refrigerator. It is working fine so far .

Lots of space for everchanging palate of 90 yr old parents...with extra space to fill with those items that always seem to disappear! Fewer trips to grocery store thank goodness!! Nice and quiet too!

This refrigerator looks nice and it was appealing to us that it doesn't have water lines or an ice maker which allows for more space inside the unit, but it is so loud. It was loud upon installation. We've had it for 11 months and the noise is almost distracting. I should have exchanged it.

I am very happy with my refrigerator. The space on the inside is generous. The quality and the price are excellent. I wanted a fridge without an icemaker this model is perfect for me.

For the price can’t complain. Best valued stainless steel fridge. Only thing is you can hear slight noise when cooling.

Has nice size freezer so I don’t have play Tetris putting in food in it

It provides extra space for my groceries and added freezer space as a second refrigerator. The side by side freezer allows a better view and accessibility to items instead of a bottom drawer freezer which it replaced. Also happy to find a refrigerator that doesn't have an ice maker or in door water dispenser.

The sales people are hard to find but once I was helped he was pleasant and professional. Great price for an open boxed item. free delivery so you cant beat that.

Thank goodness we are just using this fridge for a spare out inthe garage. It is loud. If this was going to be for in house I wouldn't keep it. I don't think the freezer gets as cold as I would like it either. I really don't like stainless steel but I needed a side by side with no ice maker and this was basically my only choice.
