ORDERED 4 MONTHS AGO - NO LONGER WORKS!!

First one came destroyed. Second one was good but now it doesn’t work. Everything in the freezer is melting, everything in the fridge is spoiling. We received this mid- February 2022 & it’s only June. Called Best Buy, they told us we had to call Whirlpool. Whirlpool said they can’t come till the 23rd (we called last week). Hundreds of dollars of food down the drain. Whirlpools solution- eat all the food before it completely spoils. Ummmm impossible. I’m disgusted!!

This looks a work horse but all of the interior parts are made of flimsy plastic. One crispy drawer had already cracked when the open door fell back on it when the drawer wasn't closed all the way.
