Then after they finally answer? They hang up on me. 4 visits for a fridge that does not get cold. Freezer works..... Ruined food and ruined reputation of Best Buy as far as I am concerned. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Reminds me of dealing with SEARS. Foreign call center. Script " so sorry you are experiencing this" Platitudes and not much help.

These cheap so-and-sos didn't even include one of the shelves and it's been ridiculous finding the right one since I keep getting the wrong one. Seriously - make the "extra" an option. At this point, the hell with Whirlpool!

Well Lighted with Large capacity Shelving in both sides. Best experience was the Service Staff who Installed it and Delivered without issues. More important is the Geek Squad Service plan. Having that peace of mind to protect your product from costly repair bills.
