We were very pleased with the service of the store and the delivery personal. We have had a great experience dealing with Best Buy and with the Whirlpool refrigerator. Every thing was handled with professional care. We would like to see more stores operating with such good products. We have many compliments from our guests when they see our new kitchen appliances we purchased from Whirlpool.

This refrigerator is so roomy! I love that both doors open so you can put larger items in it and you can see what is in the refrigerator so much better!

It smudges. Badly. I even asked specifically about this before I bought it and the saleswoman assured me it didn't smudge. They put some cleaner on it at the stores that resists smudges so I didn't notice it when I was there (I even tried to smudge their displays with my hand, but I couldn't. Will just have to buy the cleaner). The left door does not stay open even if you have it at a greater-than-right-angle. That gets annoying when you're trying to put groceries away. I had to send my first fridge back because the seal on the freezer didn't seal all the way. the first one also had the same problem with the left door. I actually think it's meant to do that. As far as keeping things cold- it does the job. And for the price, it's worth it. My main issue is with Geek Squad. took me forever to get through (even when they called back- they had me hold for 15 mins). They hung up on me 4 times and the automated service disconnected me more times than I can count. Originally, I just wanted someone to come out and fix the freezer seal. however, my 15 day return option was up on July 1 and they couldn't get anyone out to fix it until July 5. Since they wouldn't extend my return option, I had no choice but to return the fridge and get a new one (which was an added hassle). So far I'd recommend the fridge (at it's sale price), but definitely not geek squad.

Love the amount of storage space in the frig as well as the freezer. The only problem is the freezer light sticks and we have to manually flip the light switch.

Works really well, lots of space!!!!! Cools well and I'm lovening all the space it has, well designed interior. And magnetic works on the front.

Fast ice maker. Has lots of space with adjustable shelves.huge freezer my only issue are the doors you have to make sure they are close and not count on gravity

Roomy and adjustable storage. Great lighting and quite. Last whirlpool fridge lasted 21 years without a service call, why would I get anything else?

We had an old standard freezer on top refrigerator, no ice maker. So, it was time and after reading up on the different types, we decided on this french door freezer on bottom. Really happy with the large freezer space with included ice maker! Never liked the dispensers on door. The refrigerator is quite large, but if i can complain in one area, it's the design on the double door storage shelves. Can only fit 1 gallon or 2 half gallon bottles on the bottom. The top 2 aren't big enough to hold anything taller than a jelly or mayo jar. But, still fit more than our old. Thumbs up!

Open box item. Could not beat the great price. Love the frig lots of room. My old one was a counter depth.

I love this fridge. No more straining my back to peer into a too-small place where food gets lost as I'm not short enough to see low enough to find what I'd put there. My only semi-gripe is you really need to shut the left door before the right door. If you don't, the left door could hang open as it's some kind of convoluted flap that must be in place for both doors to seal. Also, it would be nice if the wire rack in the freezer drawer could stay in place so I don't have to pull it out every time. Not really an issue, just a minor annoyance. Probably why this isn't a $2,000 unit.

I bought this item open box and it was a display item. I got a better price and a quality American made product. I have had it for 4 months and not one of my 5 kids have broken a drawer or shelf. The bottom drawer freezer is much more efficient to use than my old top load freezer. It us also easy to clean. The stainless steel is sharp looking and easy to keep clean also. I rate it 5 stars for quality, ease of use, and beauty.

I'm one of those that does a lot of research before I buy to make sure I'm getting the most for my money. This fridge is nice, it's huge! It's fairly quiet and bright inside. The ice maker works quickly. The only issue I have had is the bottom shelf tends to fall off the little nub that is supposed to hold it up every once in awhile, I just remove the drawers and re-adjust. I'm happy with my purchase.

The Whirlpool French Door, freezer on the bottom refrigerator that I purchased is everything that I hoped it would be. I am very pleased with it. And I really appreciate the professionalism of the two men who delivered and installed it.

We are very satisfied with this purchase. For the size and quality of this refrigerator, we couldn't find a better price. Highly recommended.

Good amount of room in top part, small items sometimes fall out bottom of freezer if not watching for them, otherwise good price and so far great.

Overall satisfied with this refrigerator. French Door is much better than the old style double door. One negative is that it's a bit noisy.

We purchased this as an open box. There was a scratch on the back but we didn't care so much. There is a lot of interior space and shelves so its very easy to organize. The freezer has an ice maker which is nice. Be sure to let the water line condition for a bit before using the ice. Ours was discolored for a day then it was fine.

I am beyond in love with this fridge. It's quiet and works well! The ice maker at the bottom is awesome. Don't pass this fridge by!

Refrigerator is very stylish and quite with many features we wanted. Only feature it could use would be a water or ice filter. Great buy.

Got this fridge after our old one of 20 something years broke down. my family loves it because it's spacious and the sleek look.
