We have owned this refrigerator for only a month, so we could still be in the honeymoon phase; however, we love it. It is quiet and attractive with more than ample storage for our family of four. The interior water dispenser and the deli drawer are handy, and the adjustable shelving is a plus. The ice maker works well and is a tremendous improvement over our constantly jammed ice dispenser in the door of our old G.E. side-by-side. Best Buy arranged for seamless delivery and setup. Thus far, this refrigerator lives up to the claim that it is fingerprint-resistant, and the black stainless is a the perfect balance for my mostly white kitchen.

We love our new refridgerator! Purchsed this item as a floor model, our old one died. Purchasing appliances are a nightmare in this current situation, but we got lucky for it to be available that day. We still had to wait 4 days for delivery, but everything went smoothly. The 2 delivery guys from the Middletown, NY store were great at explaining the basic functions, installing new fridge(no water hook up yet), and took my old fridge. Easy peasy! They were on time, polite, Covid courteous, and respectful of our house while moving the appliances. The fridge itself is so pretty!! Fingerprint feature works, plenty of room inside, love that the shelves are adjustable (as in half the length so you can put milk or large containers on the shleves if needed), and i appreciate only opening half of the fridge when i need to grab something. Really quiet fridge, good energy rating, and can't beat Whirlpool's history of performance, reliability, and customer service. We looked at other brands, some were fancy with nicer drawers and more bells and whistles, but reputaions of brands and performance, and lack of repair service was the deal breaker. Very happy with our purchase!! Waiting for the sale to purchase matching dishwasher!!

We found ourselves suddenly in the market for a new fridge and we’re comparing several models. This one won out because of the additional storage space in the door since the water dispenser is inside the fridge and the color choice. Love the layout and how customizable you can make the shelving. The bottom freezer is easily accessible. The black stainless is much more smudge resistant than regular stainless. So far would buy again.

We love our new French Door Refrigerator with internal water dispenser. We chose this model because we didn't want the ice/water dispenser on the outside of the fridge. Those can get so messy with grandchildren attempting to get ice/water for themselves and spilling on the floor, etc. The fridge is overall quite spacious and handy with freezer on the bottom and everything else accessible without bending down.

I did a lot of searching looking for an upgrade to my old refrigerator. I had a freezer on top average sized refrigerator that came with my house ten years ago. Wanted larger refrigerator with freezer on the bottom. Only had 33” width to work with. Could not find larger capacity in that width and was ready to buy one that would fit in the space I had. Associate showed me this model and it had more space and a water dispenser inside, adjustable half shelf’s and adjustable door storage. I decided I would replace a counter and cabinet to accommodate this model. Have had it almost a month and am completely satisfied. Happy I did not settle for the smaller one. I got it on sale, was only $100 more than size smaller. Before and after pictures...

This Whirlpool refrigerator is almost an exact dupe for the Amana refrigerator that I had (which lasted 14 years!) Everything about the inners is pretty much identical, so much so that I was able to transfer the bucket rubber liners from the Amana to the Whirlpool. There isn’t a dairy roll-top compartment, instead there’s another bucket. Also the freezer lighting is dimmer than my former Amana but I’m getting used to it. I have no complaints about the noise others have mentioned, in fact I find it a bit quieter than my Amana. Cons: Whirlpool claims that this Black Stainless Steal is “fingerprint resistant” well that’s not entirely true! Similar to a watch being “water resistant” vs “waterproof”. There are smudges but they are easily buffed out with a soft kitchen towel. Also, I have to say that I was quite surprised when the fridge arrived that only the face of the refrigerator is Black Stainless Steal and the sides were the traditional Black beveled grain I had before. When you view the unit in the showroom, they’re all wedged together so the sides aren’t visible.

This refrigerator is roomy and has an internal water dispenser and filter. Looks great and works well so far. Has ice-maker that produces small sized pieces which I like. Shelves are adjustable and can be configured in many ways with the multiple half-shelves. Has a fruit drawer and a vegetable drawer and a nice full-width drawer for meats, cheese, etc.. Also has multiple shelves on each door.

Excellent product. Lots of space of the right proportions in both fridge & freezer. Love the filtered water dispenser separate from icemaker, both inside, one in fridge one in freezer. Bins are large. Vegetables & fruits last longer than in any other fridge we've had before!

I had a Whirlpool refrigerator that lasted over 20 years, so we got this one to replace the old one. It is quieter than the old model. The lowest shelf no longer goes far down enough to allow for storage of taller items without raising the top shelf to the highest position, rendering that side hard to use and a lot of wasted space. I did that on one side and have two, skinny areas high up on the other so that I can store my water jug. The thickness of the door compartments take up just enough room to NOT fit all the things that used to fit in the door, which means they have to take up space in the main area. And, THERE IS NO BUTTER KEEPER! I'm very short, and it's very inconvenient to have to reach over the top basket to get to my butter, and that is high enough that it's almost the only thing I can keep in there. We don't have water hooked up to it, so I can't review the water system or ice maker. OH! But the freezer divider on the top level is weird and goes horizontally, not vertically. I'm hoping the unit lasts, but I'm also still trying to figure out the best ways to utilize the space. The produce drawers are good.

We've only had this refrigerator for a month, but so far we're pleased with the space, the bright inside light and the inside water dispenser. The ice maker is basic in that you can't choose the size of the ice. I also have not figured out how to move the divider on the top freezer shelf. Our old refrigerator had dividers on the larger door shelves and I miss those.

Very spacious with 2 large drawers for fruit and veg and a good space for deli items. Plenty of door shelves for milk, juice, wine etc. Good size freezer with large ice maker. I like that the water dispenser is inside the fridge, giving the front a nice, clean look.

We shopped carefully for our new refrigerator before choosing this one and have not been disappointed. It makes plenty of ice and the inside water dispenser is great. Tons of space compared to our old fridge.

We purchased this about 3 months ago to replace a similar Maytag model about 10 years older. I understood these to be about the same in capacity and features. Having two young kids i appreciate the alarm when the door is open but i dont believe this extends to the freezer as there was at least one ocassion when the drawer must have been left ajar without any indication by the fridge. Otherwise it serves its purpose nicely, no extra functions or configs so its a straightforward basic fridge we hope we will have until at least the next ten or more.

We went from a double door refrigerator to this french door. Even though they were similar cubic feet, this one feels like it has a lot more overall room. The black stainless steel gives this a sleek and clean look. Everyone at my house likes the water dispenser being inside the refrigerator. In the Best Buy store, the display model only had 2 shelves. Rest assured there are 4 total removable shelves. That said, with all 4 shelves attached, there isn't a lot of room on the top shelf for gallon containers.

After many issues with previous fridges, this one has held strong. We previously had issues with door ice makers, so the freezer space ice maker has made a huge difference for us.

Runs silent. Interior layout of both the fridge and freezer are as functional as it gets. No waisted space. Gorgeous to look at. And, manufactured in the USA.

Lots of space once you rearrange the shelving units. Only thing I can’t figure out is why “counter depth” fridges (smaller in cu ft and overall size) makes the refrigerator more expensive? Other than that, lots of space, love the water and ice maker, and looks great!

Beautiful appliance until you put refrigerator magnets on it, the marks do not come out. The center rail which supports the vegetable drawers breaks often and I have replaced several times. There is a piece of unprotected Styrofoam behind the drawers which doesn't stay clean and is stamped on it, 'Do Not Remove'. When I called to complain about this ridiculous piece of Styrofoam, I was told it was designed this way and could void my warranty if I take it out. Obviously this was designed by someone who has never had the convenience of refrigeration or ever had the pleasure of cleaning one.
