This refrigerator is great for a family of four Alot ofroom in the freezer ice maker and water dispenser work fine humidifier is excellent

I absolutely love everything about this refrigerator. . We ordered in July and finally in September it arrived..the black stainless is beautiful and the inside the refrigerator water in perfect.. there is plenty of room in the freezer for our food and plenty of room inside the refrigerator. .i love it

Within 24 of deivery, obvious front right door higher by 1/8. Bludge under handle, rught side. Service tech out adjusted legs, level unit. He said on bludge, they come that way. Of course visual items, the main case is cold blk high finish, the french door are matt dark chocolate finish. Overall it's a refrigerator, and working. I had purchase same refrigerator from Lowes, all Stainless. It was leaking water from the filter area, this within 24 hrs of deivery. Went to Lowes, told them come and get it. Wanted me too try and change filter, but I had to by the filter, he should of offered me the filter. They picked it up next day....i went 14 days trying to get a refrigerator. I will never by a Samsung again, my was 3 yrs old. Big ice maker problems.

Well I wanted to love this refrigerator but I don’t. There are a few things that whirlpool could do better. My 1st purchase was an insignia but after a month the ice maker went out and they were not able to find the part so I had to get a new refrigerator. With the selections available at the time since there was a shortage on product I went with the whirlpool since it was the 2 doors at the top and pull out drawer bottom freezer and available for deliver ASAP. The issues I have with the whirlpool is the door shelves are shallow compared to the insignia, the overhead light at the top hangs down so it makes it hard to use the top shelve for large juice containers, (the insignia light was flush with inside top of the roof in the refrigerator and the temperature control buttons were flush on the outside where the doors closed against the refrigerator), the freezer drawers are smaller and the top one is a wire rack so small items can fall through. The insignia was 2 plastic drawers and they were larger. The other thing wrong is this one does not have an alarm if the doors or draw are left open and with this refrigerator if you do not close them hard and make sure they are closed you will find out a few hours later they will be open (that is from experience a couple of times with both the refrigerator and freezer drawers). The best thing with this one VS the insignia is the outside is fingerprints proof for the stainless steel. The insignia was horrible and I was wiping it down so many times a day specially when you have kids. So if you are looking for a new refrigerator do some comparison before you buy one to make sure it has all you want and need.

Great product for the price! The space inside is great. I am not crazy about having to pull out the freezer basket every time we want to get ice. It would be better if the basket pulled out when you open the freezer.

All that I expected - the refrigerator cools great and the freezer freezes great! I love the icemaker in the freezer that you scoop out and the water dispenser inside the fridge!

Really good price and looks great. I love the fingerprint proof finish. I never have to clean the outside. The drawers aren’t the best quality but they do the job.

I like the look of the fridge. It’s really appealing and has plenty space. I bought mines 8/14/2019. Well after my 1 year warranty expired my freezer control that on top inside the fridge goes up to 7 on it’s own. Sometimes I can turn it down but it automatically goes up again. Other times I can’t turn it down at all. I always kept it at 4 as recommended. I only have that issue with the freezer side. I have not tried to make a claim and hope I won’t get denied for it. I spent $1,400 on mine. I see they’re 2k now. My ice maker has also gone out at times, but seems to work again. Yes the metal arm is down which tells it to make ice. Doors are also a little uneven. I feel like if you’re spending that much it should last at least 5 years maintenance free. Especially it being a Whirlpool. I strictly got whirlpool since I’ve always heard they made the best appliances.

Amazing fridge. It's quite the size that's for sure. Even though it is not counter Depth it still looks appropriate for the size. I love the fact that the water filter is inside the fridge, because it avoids spills and mold.

It's very hard to be put this refrigerator in an apartment on 2nd floor but they did really good job i like this refrigerator alot

I recently purchased this French door refrigerator from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. The delivery was prompt and the service top-notch. The refrigerator itself is exceptionally well-lit, making it easy to find items, and the food stays remarkably fresh compared to our old unit. Overall, I give it a solid 5/5 for its performance and value.

We love this beautiful fridge. It has so much room and the shelves and door compartments are so easy to adjust. Love the black stainless finish one the front of it. Delivery was seamless even though I had to change delivery dates three different times.

Love the shelves on doors and inside. Compartments for vegetables and meat and cheese drawer the best. Exterior view beautiful black stainless steel and textured sides. Waterline and ice maker inside refrigerator inside of outside on door giving you more space in door.

Really nice! The only thing is the doors gap from top to bottom is not even when it’s close. But so far so good. Overall I love it!

I am glad that I decided on this refrigerator and it saves electricity and runs quietly

We received this fridge open box and we have not had any complaints so far. Size and features are great for the price you’re paying.

Great fridge/freezer. The black stainless steel is just ... beautiful. So much room and then some for everything we need.

We spent a long time looking for a fridge with good reviews that would be available to get quickly during covid. Buying from BestBuy turned out to be the best decision and was very quick and with no delays (we waited for a fridge from another retailer for nearly two months before they let us finally cancel the order). Unfortunately I can't say this very expensive fridge feels like it's made with a lot of attention to detail. It works fine so far, but there are all these cosmetic flaws (see photos of where glue or some other substance is coming out of various cracks). It's not as quiet as we had hoped either. And lastly, but maybe most disappointing, is that the sides of the fridge are not black stainless steel! This is not evident in any photos or product descriptions. The fridge is advertised as "black stainless steel" but only the doors are - the sides are this cheap textured shiny material (see photo), straight from the 90's. So if you have a modern kitchen and the sides of the fridge are not going to be completely covered by cabinetry, make sure you see it in person before you decide (we bought directly online - big mistake).
