Looks nice and cleans up well. I gave it only 4 stars because it does not have a door alarm, which was a needed feature in my home. We will get by without it, however I was looking for that feature. One answered question indicated that it did not have the alarm, however all of the other answers said it did, as does the manual that comes with the fridge and online.

We were encouraged at the store to purchase it through the online. The payment went through but would not let us schedule installation. We then had to ourchase again in store all within two minutes. Then the store said they couldn’t help with the double charge. Advised to file a grievance with credit card company. Not a good experience

This is an absolutely gorgeous fridge for the price and the internal drinking water was a huge plus for me since it kept the doors looking sleek. The only downfall is that I'm a bit sensitive to white noise and I swear to god my fridge may transform into a jet fighter at any moment.

Doors and drawers are a little out of alignment . Pretty good capacity.

This refrigerator is excellent! Works great, looks great, and has lots of storage. Only complaint is the upper shelving doesn't go all the way to the back of the fridge, which means nothing small can be safely placed on the back of those shelves without falling through the back to the bottom.

We liked every thing about this one - works very well, well designed, and easy to use.

Spacious, beautiful, exactly what I was expecting.

I replaced a Samsung with this whirlpool! I’ve only had it for a couple weeks but already love it more than the Samsung. Ice maker in the freezer frees up so much space in the fridge. Only small issue is sometimes the freezer light switch gets frozen and doesn’t come on automatically when I open the freezer but only needs to be manually moved.

I love this fridge/freezer it has so much room fits everything for the 3 people in my home. I will say it’s 4 star because of wear & tear sort of quickly. I’ve had it a year and a half. The vegetable/fruit pull out drawers, the writing on them has already faded. (I don’t use harsh cleaners..) and also on the handles to open the fridge door somehow a small chunk of steel got chipped off!

So I bought this fridge 1/30/21, and I told myself I wasn’t going to write a review right away because if there were any foul ups with this thing, it wasn’t going to happen within the first week, so that’s why I’ve waited about 6 mos to write a review. So far so good as far as basic functionality. No major issues. I only have 2 main gripes. This thing makes ice very very slowly. If you only have one person pulling ice out of it 3-4 times a day then it’s not a problem but if you have a family of 4 grabbing ice out of it all day it runs out. My last freezer generated ice must faster. Not sure why, it just did. This one’s slower on the ice making and I don’t like it. The other thing is that when the ice dumps, and, it goes to refill the ice maker with fresh water, the pump is kind of loud. Like, louder than it should be. Again, my last refrigerator didn’t refill the ice maker this loudly. In fact, we didn’t notice it when it did because it was so quiet. For the price I paid you’d think things would be a little nicer and I know they’re basic gripes but I guess we’ll live with it. Otherwise everything else seems OK.
