Delivery and install was excellent and the guys who delivered couldn’t have been better, especially in this environment. The fridge is fine..it replaced an older Kenmore product which now serves as second fridge in basement. The Whirlpool is sleek and looks nice but I honestly find a bit flimsy. Time will tell how it holds up but I thought the kenmore was and is much more solid. and gawd, the ice maker is obnoxious!!? Bad enough the ice maker is buried in fridge and is inconvenient to get to, but every time it makes ice I think something is wrong. But overall look and temp control good do pretty happy with purchase

We purchased our Whirlpool refrigerator to replace a much more expensive LG that needed multiple services with a couple years.. technicians actually told us to stay away from LG due to repair expenses & frequency … very happy with our Whirlpool so far (6 months later) the Best Buy sales person was very helpful in assisting us …

The black stainless steel is excellent. It even comes with a internal water dispenser which is a plus! Whirlpool never fails to amaze :) and Best Buy is the best when it comes to installation. Like, Why not buy it?!

Perfect for our needs. Like the water tap being inside. Saves on messes with grandkids pushing buttons and water going all over floor. Stainless steel is very pretty and easy to keep clean. Like the bottom freezer

Spacious and Cold. The only thing that's missing is a screen! I've never run out of space in this thing and the compartments are great for sorting foods.

Love having the water dispenser inside of the refrigerator. This way, there isn’t a bunch of shelf space taken up by the water dispenser/ice maker. No complaints so far!

I purchased this unit only 23 days ago. Thus far it has been fine. I really like the water dispenser in the door jam.

Have had this Whirlpool about 6 or 7 weeks. It replaced a ten year old Sears Kenmore Elite which I think was a Whirlpool as well. The same model it looks like. The Elite would not cool anymore and we could get this one in three days and 30% off and reviews were good. Most reviews on others were terrible. Hard to get quality now-a-days. Like I said, so far so good. Working perfectly. Hope this one lasts at least ten years. It was a great experience at Best Buy as well. Thank you

We looked at several refrigerators. My wife did not want exterior dispensers. This model has a water dispenser on the inside and a large ice maker in the freezer. The Whirlpool stainless steel looks great.

I love this refrigerator. It has plenty on room in it. It has a separate draw for fruits and veggies. I would definitely buy it again. Best Buy had the best deal and free shipping.

It's very nice looking fridge, has plenty of space. We use a lot of ice and I noticed that it is slow to make new ice but we never run out of ice, so it's good. Very happy with this purchase.

Overall I am happy with my refrigerator, it has a ton of space. However, I don’t like the fingerprints left after use.

When our LG went out after only 6 years, repair man said to not do LG again due to compressor issues and to go with someone like Whirlpool. I read the reviews on it but went with it anyway and now have some buyers remorse. It is noisy like other reviews said but that isn’t what bothers me the most. It is painfully slow at making ice and as we are a family who use a lot of ice, it isn’t making the grade. It looks nice and the surface really doesn’t show fingerprints but all in all it’s not what we should have chosen.

Absolutely love my new refrigerator. The veggie and fruit drawers really keep my items fresh. Lots of room in the refrigerator and the freezer below. Love being able to see what's in my freezer!
