It’s a good refrigerator but the top of the freezer keeps icing up. About 1 a week someone has to break off small chunks around the light switch. Everything else seals fine and there is no other signs of frost.

Very nice refrigerator, well made and finish is good. I like the freezer baskets, gives a lot of room for all my frozen food. I don’t like all the bells and whistles on some models, I want a well made no fuss refrigerator, this one fits the bill for me.

First It's so quiet. I love the size, plenty of room!

The refrigerator worked when installed but had a defect that would cause future problems. The shut off valve behind the water filter was defective and did not shut off the water when the filter was removed Since the filter needs to be replaced every 6 months that would have entailed moving the unit out of its niche, turning off the water valve in the wall, releasing the water pressure at the water server in the inside of the unit, replacing the filter turning on the water valve in the wall and moving the unit back into its niche. If the unit were working properly, all I would have to do is replace the water filter. The unit has now been repaired.

We have owned Whirlpool refrigerators for nearly 40 years and have always been pleased with their reliability and with the Best Buy delivery team clearly defining the nuances of this new model I'm sure this model will perform as well as our previous Whirlpools!

I had to give this a 4 star review because of the dimensions. We had to take off the refrigerator doors to get it into the front door. Also when you are assembling the refrigerator doors it isn't easy.

We got this in black stainless steel and it's absolutely beautiful. There is so much usable internal space. The only complaint is that it's probably louder than it should be for the price.

Counter depth is sweet space saver in a small kitchen and the narrow top doors take up very little space when wide open. Wished I had known that counter depth was an option when I bought my two previous refrigerators...happy now! First time owning a Whirlpool...anxious to see how well it holds up over time.
