We love our new Whirpool fridge! It has so much room for all of our food! It has kept our produce fresh longer and runs at a great temperature. The water dispenser is awesome but can be a little more difficult to have inside the fridge vs. on the exterior. Overall it's a great fridge for a great value! I would highly recommend it!

This refrigerator is excellent. The water on the inside instead of on the door saves spills! Ice in the bottom in the freezer is much better than up in the refrigerator. Plenty of space everywhere. I highly recommend this model.

We’ve had this refrigerator for several weeks so I feel I can speak honestly about it. We love it! It is quiet and has a well arranged interior. I’ve been able to store gallon jugs and wine bottles, plenty of meats, fruits and vegetables and our large collection of condiments. The freezer is divided into 2 bottom sections perfect for sorting meats and vegetables and to even stand packages up on their sides so tgey don’t get lost. Tge additional sliding tray has an ample ice maker area and lots of ice cream storage. We specifically chose this model because there was no outside ice or water delivery. There is an internal water dispenser that doesn’t take up storage room. The ice is also very accessible. This is a reasonably priced model without tons of Belk’s and whistles and no wi-fi connectivity and that’s just fine for us.

The best part of this refrigerator is the freezer. While I don’t particularly like freezers on the bottom, this freezer is good. There are 2 sections in the bottom freezer; it’s quite generous compared to some other freezers, and it’s easily accessible. Had this fridge for a year and I’ve had no problems. The fridge is quiet and keeps cool. I would buy it again, but the price has been raised too much, in only a year. I paid $1500. Best Buy was excellent in delivering during the pandemic. The Best Buy saleswoman that I spoke to on the phone was excellent too, since I couldn’t shop in store. Best Buy was better to buy from than previous purchases from other appliance stores in my opinion. And I didn’t get a free fridge from this review; it’s my own opinion.

I have had the Whirlpool fridge approx. three weeks, and couldn't be more pleased. It has loads of storage space. The deep freezer does a great job. The unit is beautiful, a two-tone dark gray and black. It matches my other appliances beautifully There are no finger print smudges to worry about. I purchased an egg container (Target has them), and easily attached it under a shelf. It looks like it came with the fridge. The ice container below holds a lot of ice. There is a water filter dispenser, but I try to avoid tap water. The recommended setting is 4, but I use 5 because I like the food plenty cold, and the ice cream hard. It works great.

Love this fridge! Replaced a Kenmore that we had in white. Got this one in black stainless steel. It really upgraded the look of our kitchen and the black stainless steel doesn't show fingerprints. Lots of room and love having the items in the refrigerator at eye level and having the bottom freezer.

I agonized over this purchase--drove everyone around me CRAZY for weeks, but now that I have had it for a bit over a month, I am so glad I went with this Whirlpool. It has plenty of space for our large family and has been completely reliable. It keeps everything cold as it should, but let's talk about the finer things-- like the drawers. Never have I ever had produce stay impressively fresh in a refrigerator for as long as it does in this one. Fruit and vegetables are well cared for in this unit as well as everything else. Because of its performance, as well as the face on the outside, we have come to affectionately refer to it as "Whirly Joe"! You can't completely tell by the photo here, but in our kitchen when you take a few steps back, the refrigerator looks a bit like a character (Handles = eyes; Freezer Door Handle = mouth; Feet = feet!) and my kids just love it. So, why only 4 stars you ask? Because I can't give 4 1/2 and the reasons for subtracting a half are minor and largely due to human error. Because I have young children, sometimes they don't apply quite enough pressure to completely close the door and there have been a couple of instances where I have walked through the kitchen only to find the doors slightly ajar. So, there goes a 1/4 point. The other 1/4 has been deducted for the freezer light. When items aren't laying properly, the light may hesitate to come on right away. This isn't significant to us, but because this is a consumer review I feel the need to be completely transparent. That stated I would not hesitate to make this purchase again and will likely buy other Whirlpool products in the future.

Great space inside. Freezer has some dividers and a pull out shelg. Quiet and smooth black stainless front matches our other black appliances.

It’s the perfect size, not huge but not cramped. The layout of the shelves inside is unique & open. no nonsense reputable brand. Ice maker dispenses into the French door at the bottom with no problems. Water dispenser on the inside left, cold, fresh & cleaner than an outside door dispenser. U won’t regret it brother

For the most part, I like this fridge. The freezer seems to get too frosty, freezing the light switch and accumulating large amounts of frost within days of purchase. I turned the temp setting down and still a problem, but I can't set the freezer lower and freeze food, so idk. During Covid, I am not trying to have multiple home visits, so it is what it is I guess. The water dispenser inside the fridge requires 2 hands rather than on the door dispenser. This is not always as convenient as a one hand water dispenser, but water is cold and filtered, which I like a lot and encourages good habits. It looks great in my kitchen. Lots of fridge space and organization. Fits in specific measurements other brands would not (think 5/8 inch was not standard in Samsung products, so this maintains old fridge footprint much better from storage/spec perspective).

Have only had for few weeks, but I am really impressed. Temperature stays constant and is very quiet. Lots of room for everything and love that things are all within reach in the refrigerator; don't have to bend over to reach anything. Freezer is a tad small, but works well for me.

The fridge can store so much food & is very quiet too. The interior water dispenser works well. Our delivery & install was quick & easy. Everyone was super friendly & knowledgeable, from the sales person to the delivery people.

We bought this refrigerator to replace our 17 year old refrigerator that we didn’t trust to keep working. The ice machine stopped working about 1-1/2 years ago and then it stopped cooling due to the condenser freezing up (after it was thawed, it worked fine during the 2 weeks we were waiting for the new one) The last one is the exact same design as this one. We liked it enough to buy again because we thought 17 years was pretty good. So the design is nice. We like the water dispenser on the inside because we have heard from many people that water dispensers with access from the outside of the refrigerator notoriously have problems over time. What I will say is the plastic drawers of our new refrigerator do not seem as robust as the old ones. It also did not come with the rubber mats for the door shelves and doesn’t have what we call the butter shelf (door shelf that has a pivot access door). We ended up taking some of the parts from our older refrigerator (still looked new!) and put them into our new one. We kept the new parts as spares. The fit was perfect in that the way the adjustable shelves fit into the refrigerator is exactly the same. The refrigerator interior design is almost exactly the same, but in some cases cheaper parts are now used - sure it is for cost savings) We would be happy if this refrigerator lasts as long as our old one. Seems to be running great so far. We got it about 2 weeks ago. We love the stainless steel look. The only problem is that it was delivered with a dent in each side and bowed sheet metal in the back of the refrigerator where the vent is. Because the delivery guys already took apart and took out our old refrigerator when they discovered the damage on the new one, they noted it and installed the new one anyway. We are working with Best Buy now on what our options are. I am confident Best Buy will do the right thing. They have always been good to work with in the past.

I have had this new refrigerator for approximately 6 weeks and have experienced no problems with it. Previous reviewers mentioned that the unit was abnormally noisy; I find the opposite to be true; it's pretty quiet; even the ice dropping into the container isn't as noisy as my previous unit. The "fingerprint resistant" surface is just that, fingerprint resistant! This is my first three door refrigerator and while it works for my needs, in restrospect, I might have been better served if I had ordered a four door unit as well as having an external water/ice dispenser.

So far a great fridge! Love the big drawer in the bottom of the fridge. The icemaker and water dispenser inside keeps the front of the fridge clean and presentable. Toms of fridge space!! Easy to access all the areas. Really love it compared to my old Kenmore.

Shows up on the best French door refrigerators list at Yale appliances. And several other best refrigerator lists as well. Whirlpool the most reliable brand. Amazingly roomy on the inside and I think it looks like top quality shelving and door attachments. Extremely fingerprint resistant and closes both French doors and freezer door perfectly. Icemaker generating plenty of ice for me. No downsides to this refrigerator so far. This was a pandemic purchase and the delivery people installed but had me take all the plastic off myself and assemble the shelves and drawers. This led to one small problem when I pulled out some Styrofoam behind the crisper which then I saw said do not remove as it protects the water lines and condenser. I pass this onto you because it sure wasn’t anywhere in the manual. Luckily whirlpool came out quickly to replace it.

Moved into a new house with my wife and we needed a fridge. We found this at their clearance store for an insane price and couldn't be happier. Plenty of room, super cold, fresh water.

Love this refrigerator. Looks sharp, resists fingerprints. bright internal lighting but not overwhelming. Like the internal water dispenser vs in the door dispenser we had with last refrigerator, doesn't drip. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

I am very happy with my new Whirlpool refrigerator. It is very roomy and I seem to have more space for storage with this one than with my last which was basically the same. The style and door appearance give the kitchen/eating area such a nice look. The water dispenser is in a very convienent place just inside the door on the wall with the filter at the top of refrigerater that is much easier to change than past ones I have seen. My choice location for the freezer is the drawer at the bottom which has ample storage space with the ice bucket in a convient place not taking a lot of space from other items. This is a well laid out appliance.
