Good price with few bells & whistles to malfunction….good basic appliance

Great refrigerator and the install crew from Best Buy did an amazing job.

It looks clean & elegant for a fridge. I thought the price was reasonable compared to the many we looked at. The salesperson was helpful too!

I would rate this process as less than O.K. Paying for delivery and for take away, not good business. Item bought, still not having an ice maker that works.

COLD WATER IN REFRIG LEAKS. UNDER WARRANTY BUT TAKES 3 WEEKS TO GET THEM OUT. MEANWHILE, WATER LEAKING IN FRIDGE AND HAS TO BE WIPED UP SEVERAL TIMES A DAY

Refrigerator does everything it is supposed to do not issues. If I were to have a complaint it is that the water comes out slow from the dispenser. Other than that I'm very happy with it.

Refrigerator meets my expectations for keeping food fresh, my lettuce used to only stay fresh for three days and now it stays fresh for five-seven days. Best Buy had the best price and financing option

The fridge fit perfectly in my home. The functionality of it is on point. The only problem I foresee is when the freezer has too much food in it, it begins to frost up. Other than that it is perfect.

Whirlpool brand is my brand that I used it in my house appliance,when I replace the new fridge I was decided that whirlpool again because I believe whirlpool product is a good quality as per my experience. But this time I was disappointed because it's been to long to fixed it,some parts missing screw handle when delivered the fridge, more than a week to fixed it, now my fridge they have scratched because of that, why best buy allowing to deliver of the customer if not complete parts, even y'all small parts but that was important!

Love the French Door refrigerator. Very versatile. The only things missing are an alarm to notify if a door/drawer is left open and digital temperature gauges.

This is a wonderful fridge. Ample space. Doors are not plastic I can actually use my decoration magnets on it. Best buy delivery on time and great care on installation.

Had the service man twice for the freezer. The light switch frosted up. The first time the man set the seal on the freezer. Than he replace the switch the second time

Couple points: The inner water dispenser is hard for kids to use. I still don't know if I need the styrofoam piece in the inside of the refrigerator. Haven't removed it though. Pros: Freezer is big.

So far so good. Everything works and I've had it for about a month.

Love it! After waiting almost 10 months and not getting our fridge from another store we were able to get it in less than a week from Best Buy!

We’ve had our fridge for a few weeks and we’re loving it! We don’t have it hooked up to water yet but that is being installed soon!

There really isn't any words that I can say but onluy that it works PERFECT.

Takes entirely to long to fill a simple 8 oz glass of water with this inside fridge water system. The one main reason I wouldn't recommend this fridge if that his high on your list. The other main thing is the ice made is not filtered like the water is for drinking.

I am in love with the fridge, I just finally took the peeling off and I saw there are scratches, it's small and maybe petty but it sucks! But the fridge itself is epic!
