Love my new Refrigerator. Alot of reviews said it was loud but I have not had that issue. Quiet and very spacious.

Works well and I enjoy the look of the fridge. It is a bit louder than I like. Makes a noise half of the day. Apart from that good product so far.

First fridge didn’t work and had to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. Second time the fridge works great

Liked the front black stainless steel as it complements our other kitchen appliances. However, the sides of the refrigerator are painted a high gloss metallic black paint It’s placement in our kitchen has the side being the dominant sight we see. Therefore, we essentially over paid for a black refrigerator. Also the motor runs quite a lot and is relatively loud.

Looked at numerous refrigerators and went with this unit as I loved the print resistant exterior. The interior is well lit and shelves are easy to remove for sizing. The compressor is quiet so far and I’m happy.

We love our new refrigerator, the delivery guys were so nice and very professional, we are getting all our new appliances with Best Buy

It’s the same exact model of the Maytag I purchased 14 years ago and without the extra features. The only thing that has changed is it’s name while being annoying as loud as the older Maytag. Let’s just hope this one will last longer than Maytag! I only purchased it be cause I had an emergency and due to COVID-19, the only thing in stock. And it still took almost 3 weeks for delivery!

Visually....lovely to look at. Technically.... interior designed to accommodate small--medium-- and large "whatever" + a freezing cold (#5) ... that's better than any fridge I've owned for many,many years!!

Good, except they should move the filter assembly to the left side to accomidate the tall items on the left.

Poor installation. I asssumed that those delivering the fridge would do it properly. They did not. Front is supposed to be raised slightly higher than the back for proper drainage. The doors were not adjusted and slam against the wall. The water line has been slowly leaking for TWO YEARS because it wasn't connected correctly. I'll never order appliances from Best Buy again.

I've only had this refrigerator for 10 days, but so far, I love it. Easy access to all the shelves in the refrigerator plus easy access to the freezer with it's 2 compartments.

While discussing our issues with our current fridge, we shopped at Best Buy. This was the only fridge configuration that worked and was the size that fit our space. It cools wonderfully and we love it.

1st one delivered lookes used and the second one had issue with doors staying open. Definitely had some with this one

Fridge was nice and spacious. Freezer was a bit small but was exactly what I needed. Freezer however had a difficult time meeting freezing ranges. Freezer regulated at above zero temps.

Fits well and meets our needs. Delighted it accepts magnets.

Works great. Only complaint is there is always a small puddle of water below the freezer door (maybe like 2 tablespoons). It never seems to go away.

This is a very nice looking refrigerator and works well. I took off one star because there always seems to be condensation at the door stop where the doors meet.

I love this refrigerator! Easy access to all the shelving, large pull out drawer and large fruit and vegetable bins, door storage plus large freezer capacity.

My husband and I researched French Door Refrigerators for about a month, before purchasing this refrigerator. We have been using it for about six weeks now, and we are very pleased with our purchase.
