Love this refrigerator. Looks sharp, resists fingerprints. bright internal lighting but not overwhelming. Like the internal water dispenser vs in the door dispenser we had with last refrigerator, doesn't drip. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

Good storage and even cold, but the freezer sealing had to be repaired. Replacing the water filter was awful. I needed a hair dryer to blow on the old filter to get it out. I am having trouble getting water after replacing the filter. I may have to call Whirlpool to come out. I bought this model because it was recommended by repairmen. Where is the American know-how?

We've had this for about 10 months and overall we like it. Plenty of space and we like the compartment setup. The food tray in the middle is nice. We had to call a repair tech out during the first 30 days because the bottom drawer was frozen shut and we couldn't open it. They may want to look at improving the design on the bottom freezer. It's good but could use some minor improvement. Sometimes the light works in the bottom freezer and sometimes is doesn't. We like the water and ice dispenser. Really nice features. This fridge is not too big and has just the right amount of space. The ice maker does get noisy at times but nothing makes us want to take the unit back. You get used to the ice maker after a few months. Overall, a good purchase and I would buy this product again with no hesitation.

Old fashioned fridge finally gave out so we needed to purchase a new one - definitely couldn’t afford a high end pricey one, but still wanted the new sleek design. This one is priced just right and has great features. Love the finish - looks great. Spacious inside, especially since the filtered water feature is just a spigot inside the fridge — usually the ice maker takes up space inside the door. Having the (large) ice container in the bottom freezer works so much better for us. Instead of waiting for a few ice cubes to plop out of the door-type dispenser, we scoop out as much as we want. Much better for my kids sports water jugs and gym water bottles. Love the bottom 2-drawer freezer space. So much better than my old small top section freezer! Great purchase for the price.

This is our second time purchasing. We love the size and clean look of the water dispenser on the inside. Lots of room and we love the configuration. This one seems to be making some noise. I hope we don't have issues with it.

We received the refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. Currently we are very happy with the ice maker, space, design, and water spout. The only thing missing is a place to put eggs on the door. But for the price, we are very happy.

More than enough space in refrigerator section. Like the upper 2 doors and internal water dispenser. Freezer ice maker is efficient and works well. Freezer space is adequate

I’ve had this fridge for 10 months now and I love it! It’s the perfect size for my space and I love the sleek look of having the water dispenser inside the door vs on the outside.

I bought this refrigerator last month to replace the one I had for 23+ years. I like the wide space in this Whirlpool French door refrigerator. I can put a big pot inside the refrigerator. It’s very practical. I also like the freezer drawer at the bottom. It provides an easy way to fetch frozen items. Overall, I am very happy to have this Whirlpool French door refrigerator.

We really like this unit. It has lots of room, makes ice quickly. I like the water dispenser being inside. Stays nice and cold and keeps fruits and veggies from going bad quickly in the drawers.

Love the space of the fridge! Only flaw is the light in the freezer will get ice built up around the button so most of the time it won’t automatically turn on when the drawer is opened. You just pushbit and the ice/frost pops off. Also the water inside the fridge is GREAT if you have toddlers..out of sight out of mind, no messes! BUT it does drink about 1-2 times after you stop filling your cup. Just make sure you keep your cup there a few seconds after you release the button.

Very adequate internal storage space. Internal water dispenser takes up less space. Preset temperature for freezer and regular food storage. Shelving is easy to change.

We needed a fridge last minute and this was the only one that fit our standards that was available. It does its job it doesn't leave any real visible fingerprints. As far as storage goes, the main part of the fridge has a decent amount of storage. You have to adjust the height to fit anything tall in there. The only place you can fit a bottle of wine or a gallon of milk when you first get it, stock, is in the bottom of the door shelves. There really isn't a lot of space in the door bins. In our old small fridge we could easily fit all of our condiments and wine bottles and we had to move some of them to the main shelves of the fridge here (which isn't a huge deal considering there is much more space in this fridge-but it is kind of annoying). You really have to get creative with organizing the freezer with the ice tray being in there the way that it is. But that comes with the territory of the French door fridges. I'm not a huge fan of the water dispenser being on the inside. My fridge opens into a wall so I have to prop my door open while I get water. It's mostly just inconvenient. The water filter is located on the top right corner of the fridge which takes away the slightest amount of space from your top shelf. That is where I store my cans of soda and beer so I can't store any tall beers or energy drinks there (again mostly just inconvenience).

Great look. Lots of space. My only grip, is that after one the fridge occasionally shuts down. If you don't know it's not on, over night all your food will thaw and anything in the fridge will be warm. I called whirlpool and they couldn't cover it over the warranty. Which is fine, but only after one year. I'm not here to bash whirlpool, because I love the products. We really love them combo. Just digging think of have problems this early, albeit minor issues

I have had the refrigerator for about 1 month now and so far everthing is great! No unusual noise issues, definitely a lil loud when filling ice maker but super short so not a big issue. Appearance is as expected. Love the water dispenser inside, things just stay cleaner with it there. It fits a lot if food in the refrigerator section so that's perfect. The freezer is a good size but I have a deep freezer that I mainly use. Very easy to rearrange shelved to how I need them. Overall very happy so far with the purchase.

It's a great refrigerator, quiet running and plenty of space for all our groceries. Love the inside water dispenser.

So far, so good. The fridge is much quieter than our old one. Love the fridge on the top as it provides easy access to what we use most. Having the water dispenser inside feels strange at first, but you get used to it. Spent a lot of time researching fridges before settling on this one. It seems it is hard to find models that actually last. Hoping from the reviews and the fact is was assembled locally, it will last as long as the fridge it replaced (17 years).

My old fridge died after 15 years and I went to BestBuy to look at another fridge that had the best value, functionality and price. This was it, this is a great functional fridge with lots of loaded features. Good storage, lighting, water and ice features. The only downside is that this fridge is LOUD! I did read on bestbuy.com's reviews that a lot of people complained about noise but I decided to go ahead and give this fridge a try regardless of what other people said. How loud can it be? It's only a freaking fridge... Luckily my room is far away from the kitchen, but when i walk outside my room, i can hear the fridge just whining away. At first i thought it was the ice maker but i had the ice maker off too. Oh well. Everything else about this fridge is great!

Everything works perfectly and makes zero noise when running. It is literally big enough to live inside if it… Best fridge I have ever pirchased and Best Buy literally had the Best Buy… hundreds of dollars less than the Other Guys.. Great Job Best Buy!!!
