It’s the right size the color is beautiful and the ice maker is out of the way

I have had this refrigerator now for about a year and I am VERY PLEASED with it! My only issue is that it is very hard to move (even with the wheels) so make sure you already have your water line installed before it is delivered; if you don't already have one.

Love the inside space, inside water dispenser and fingerprint resistant exterior.

We have only had this refrigerator for a couple weeks. But so far so good. We had this exact model on order through Lowes for 14 months.., that's 14! Our of frustration I checked other retailers and found this at Best Buy. In fact they had several in stock while Lowes could not get any for over a year. The purchase process with Best Buy was easy. One rep in particular was very helpful. Mainly because he had been working for Best Buy for a while and knew how things worked. Smooth and easy! The two guy install crew were very nice and professional. They knew exactly what there were doing so the removal of our old unit and moving in the new went very smoothly. We chose the Whirlpool over other brands because of the black stainless finish. Whirlpool uses a powder coat process while LG and Samsung use paint. And that scratches too easily. Summary, so far the wait was worth it. We like the look and we enjoy the interior design of the fridge!

We were looking for a refrigerator to fit into a smaller space in our kitchen and this was the only one that fit which also had ample room. So many of the smaller options were 19 cu ft and that was much smaller than we wanted. We love the convenience of not having to bend down to get our food, this is our first bottom drawer freezer and we love it. The install/haul-away service was quick and friendly.

Very roomy, lots of space both in freezer and refrigerator are. Movable shelves are very helpful. Was a perfect fit in my space.

I love refrigerators with the filtered water and icemaker on the inside. nice clean look. It's nice. The freezer is small so u may need an additional deep freezer if u have a big family. i got another compact deep freezer and its just me.

We love our new refridgerater, the delivery employee must have assembled it incorrectly because the one door is a smidge higher than the other and isn't sealing completely. We have the warranty so hopefully they can come out and fix that so I can update my review.

Replaced an 11 yr old refrigerator and couldn't be happier. It is very roomy with plentty of shelf-space and bins. It is sooo quiet, my wife kept checking to make sure it was working. We love the stainless easy clean surface (particulary with young grandkids). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reat refrigerator.

We had a fancier model (same brand) which had one problem after another although it was quite new. The agent worked hard to find this simpler model. By this time we didn't want to use an ice maker or get water from the fridge. We just wanted something basic that maybe wouldn't have so many problems. We also did not want to have to keep buying more filters to the tune of $100 a year. We have grown to love this model. It is slightly smaller and we make our ice the old fashioned way. However, it is GREAT and we love it! We don't anticipate the many problems the fancier model had. Very pleased with Best Buy for helping us get what we needed!

Love the French door frig. The deli tray is magnificent! Water dispenser very handy. No meat drawer was surprising-yet TWO separate fruit and veggie drawers? Shouldn't one be meats? Freezer drawer very handy. Everything else is perfect.

Great fridge for our space. Works well and the bestbuy employees were awesome at helping us pick it and getting it here.
