I picked up this fridge 14 days ago with the understanding it was open box excellent. We completed the purchase on-line and the fridge was not in the box and was wrapped up ready for transport. Our understanding is that open box excellent new condition (free of scratches and blemishes.) There are 2 scratches on the left fridge door. One front roller foot was mangled and both of them were missing the rubber protector. I would consider this open box satisfactory.... We contacted customer service almost a week ago about starting a return. They said that UPS would pick up the item at no charge to us. After talking it over with my wife and if we could get a price adjustment for the difference between open box satisfactory ($1403.99) and open box excellent ($1717.19) , which is $313.20 plus tax. I called back a couple of days later and there was no record of that call. The represenative was supposed to put in a request for the sore manager to call me back regarding a price adjustment.

We have researched different brands of refrigerators and found that this brand was exactly what we wanted. Very easy installation and runs very quiet.

I had to have serviced within a year because the right side seal has failed, Ive been waiting a while now for a replacement. They are now saying Dec 1st. What a load of crap for such an expensive fridge. The bottom drawer has frozen over a few times as well, so I am sure i'll be having to replace that seal at some point as well. wish i would have purchased something else.

Solid construction nice looking refrigerator. Now that the winter is here the water basin for the water dispenser easily freezes with the fridge set to normal or medium temperatures

The fridge we saw in store was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We Bought it and scheduled a delivery for a month or two after waited and waited they never came called and they said they don’t even have the fridge and wouldn’t have it for an additional 3 months and once they receive it they could schedule me for delivery. I just got a refund because why are they selling products they don’t even have and why are they lying to customers saying it’ll be delivered in a month knowing full well it’s going to be more like 4-5 months

Two stars for keeping my food cool and frozen. Otherwise I’m not happy with this item the freezer drawer closes “wonky” the plastic items on the skilled and veggie drawer are made thin and cheaply. Appliance repair cannot fix it. It’s a design flaw.

I am disappointed with the noise this refrigerator makes. It keeps me up at night. I have a problem with ice forming in the freezer.

within 5 days noticed back of fridge frosting up. only time this ever happened with previous fridge was when door was left ajar all night long. then noticed the frozen compartment was not freezing as hard as it did initially. it was on the coolest setting. and frozen compartment light did not always come on. am returning and trying a GE.

So far my new refrigerator is working very well. I have shopped and cooked a few items and the freezer is starting to fill up.

It wirked properly for a year only, after that, nothing but problems. Ice maker stops producing and then suddenly it works again, never sure how it will react. Had other refrigerators and lasted several years. Bought this one as we wanted a second refrigerator but now regretted. We're buying another one but definitely not this brand.

This refrigerator meets the needs of my family very well. Two things I would change is that it not have the water spout, nor the automatic ice maker since we do not have any plumbing in place to take advantage of those features. However, the rest of the fridge is wonderful. Plenty of space, bright interior, and easy to organize and reach whatever we need. We are very pleased with this purchase; and with the crew that delivered and set it in place for us.

Great frig lots of space and not that noisey for me. I love the way it keeps all goods fresher and cold. Clean look!

Average fridge, kinda loud. Freezer has ice burn sometimes due to door not closing properly. It doesnt beep when the door is open for too long.

It is very difficult to rate a product that has not yet been delivered. We are still a month away from delivery.

We refused delivery because item arrived with numerous dents in the door AND missing screws to put the handles on! Went to Home Depot & bought our new refrigerator!

Having issues with freezer. Freezer door gets stuck due to ice forming by light switch...

I am planning to call tomorrow because while I love the look and layout of this fridge,the freezer has started covering everything in “snow” and frost. Something is definitely wrong with it and it’s so new... disappointing.

Very spacious and easy to use. Coming home and putting up groceries has never been easier!

Ordered a black stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher the handles came standard stainless steel

Ihave not had the opportunity to use it. When I get the chance I will find out its qualities.
