Could have made the ice/water cubicle bigger. Ice gets stuck ALL the time, but other than that it’s good.

Poor material for the drawers hard to open cheep plastic that cracked from the 1st day of use Poor design that you don't have much space on shelves which is made with the cheapest glass you can find .

Nice product but water Dispenser leaks occasionally

This model looks goods and is well organized but doesn't cool well even at the highest setting.

Our refrigerator was delivered by 2 Geek Squad members. One of them was only only on the job 2 days and didn't what he was doing. They delivered a unit with a large dent in the side plus they did major damage to our hardwood floor putting it together. This was after a no show on delivery day and a reschedual for two days later. We called numerous times and have been assured we could exchange the unit. We also settled for a model that we really didn't want because we were without a refrigerator and this model was in stock and we could get it ASAP. Why won't anyone return our calls so we can get an undamaged refrigerator that we paid for???? Very poor customer service!

Love the refridgerator and the freezer broke one year in.

After 7 months of use, I can say that you get what you pay for. This is an extremely noisy refrigerator, I think that this one is good to be installed in the Garage as a second refrigerator, but for kitchens close to the living room it is too noisy. Also door makes a like a cracking noise every time you open it.

Over all nice Refrigerator but ice maker is slow and jams coming out.

I purchased my Whirlpool refrigerator in 2017. While I am happy with the unit itself, I am very displeased with the service and the way it was put together. While I didn't notice right away, the doors aren't even level. So when you look at the top of the unit one door is higher than the other. I would love for Best Buy to make this right

Price is ok Nothing special, the ice maker takes forever to make ice

We bought this to replace a refrigerator we got with a new house. It worked great and then started to have issues with the water dispencer and then the ice dispenser and just did not keep things cold after that. It just kind of gave up. We replaced it and moved on. Would not recommend this at all.

this fridge is way too loud...ice tray doesnt have a proper fit...

Door flies open constantly. Drawers are hard to open and close. Space is limited.

The refrigerator quit working 10 days after purchase. The freezer part works fine, just the refrigerator was at 50 degrees. Contacted Whirlpool for repair. Repair guy ordered a part and replaced it on 8/28/2020. Found on 8/31/2020 that the refrigerator was not cooling again and called the repair company. A different repair guy came out and put an order in for a control unit. It takes 3 weeks to get this part in. So far have had this since 8/2/2020, and it only worked maybe 10 days. Not too confident that the part that was ordered will work.

They do not make fridges like they used to. I had this delivered and the doors aren’t even.

It’s a bit loud and makes loud knocking. Not really satisfied with this purchase.

My refrigerator turned into a freezer twice within one year. I think I got a lemon.

Pain getting it installed Intallers were great once we got them out there

The refridgerator keeps everything nice and cold. My favorite part of the fridge is the inside layout. It has a place for can drinks and for gallon jugs. It has all the drawers and compartments that I need in a refrigerator. One slight downfall is that it makes little blocks of ice; I like big blocks for my drinks.

Looks good lighting but louder than my old one when running and dumping ice
