Viewed this purchase online and once the product was delivered we were unhappy with it...NOW stuck paying a restocking fee!

Kept having continuous problems with this refrigerator

Returned the first one because of noise and this one is the same.

When they installed , I hear a lot of noise from the appliance.

Did not work. Cold water in freezer. Hunk of junk.

Been without fridge for months and will not fix it.

I returned to the basics. The KG French door refrigerator experiment turned out to be a disaster. They wanted over &800 to repair, had it 3 years, shame on me for not purchasing warranty. Good old side by side. No frills, water dispenser in front of ice is annoying, but I will put up with it for half the price of the LG. It’s not fancy, but is working and I have extended warranty on this one. Purchased online and delivered next day, Best Buy has always done a good job.

I received the refrigerator missing parts - the Handlers!! I called best buy and after many attempts they mentioned I could return or they would give me 10% discount. Once I need the refrigerator I asked the discount, which never happened. Still waiting a response

Took a long time to produce ice and to cool down, I’m noticing irregular temperatures too

I received what was expected. It is a bit noisier than my last and the ice maker is slow. But It seems to have more space (although it shouldn't) and I really like the ice cube shape (NOT the 1/2 moons).

Nice size: I love the lighting and the ice maker, but it is a little loud.

Moderate price (for the modern era), spacious, quiet, good water and ice dispenser and it keeps things cold. What more could I ask?

I love my new fridge. The clear shelves and compartments on the door are wonderful--to be able to see through them.
