Cheaply made with thin glass shelves
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The doors had caulking around the seal on the metal doors. Thin glass shelves that fogged up when the door was open. The frig rolls when you open the doors because it is so light.

The shelves are fixed with no ability to change the spacing without completely removing a shelf. There is only one small shelf that is high enough to store milk jugs or typical liter-sized soda bottles.

Took Whirlpool 3 months to send the parts and have them installed to fix the freezer. When technician came to install he said the unit was defective and not fixable. Water dispenser would drip after dispensing which left a water stain down the front of the freezer door. Ice would also get trapped in the dispenser and then melt and leak out. Terrible design and worse service. It does look nice though.

Food in the refrigerator constantly freezes and ice maker has broken into pieces 4 times now. Been utterly unusable since it was purchased. Customer service, though competant and friendly, completely unable or unwilling to fix the problems. Overly disappointed with this purchase.

It constantly has something going on to continue to sound like an MRI machine. I only replaced my appliances to update the look, however my white refrigerator of 15 years never made a peep! Worst purchase ever! Oh and by the way the appliances came with roaches in the boxes and the delivery and install was a nightmare!

Posted .Hello Normalguy1234! We are terribly sorry to hear of your concern and thank you for your review. The water in the Refrigerator will be chilled but not cold. It will be the temperature of the water line. We would recommend making sure the ice is not getting stuck in the ice chute. If you are experiencing water dripping from the dispenser please make sure you have cleared any air from the water line by purging the water line, after the water filter is replaced. Or once installed in the home to dispense 3/4 gallons of water from the water line. Thank you, Whirlpool® Social Care

Had this a month , ice maker stopped working! Tried all the trouble shooting. Even if they offer to fix it , no way ! Huge red flag .
