I have been looking into different fridges for a while and when we seen this one at such a good price we couldn't pass it up. This was as spacious as we wanted/needed and it has double doors! I love that the storage drawers are spacious and that the doors have plenty of room for extra items. It also has a choice of ice type: crushed or cubed! The temperature control is easy to adjust. A plus to this is that one can lock the key pad so your kids cannot change temps because they decide to play and see what the buttons do. Overall a great purchase!

Bought this fridge about a 1.75 years ago. Within the first 6 months it started making a loud vibration noise several times a day. When it was still under warranty had service come out several times to try to figure out the problem. No luck. To this day it is still making a loud vibration noise about 5 times a day. Every time service came out I had to use my personal time off at work. I got tired of wasting my vacation time and stopped calling service. Then the ice maker stopped switching to cubed ice. I finally rigged the ice type mechanism to stay on cubed. Whirlpool did NOT check back to see if my issues have been resolved. Just waiting to see what happens next. Never again.

The fridge is fine, but the bin for ice ans door shelves are very thin plastic.

refrigerator work fine just smell too much Freon when i open the door. other then that it work great

Been working excellent since purchase. I prefer Whirlpool appliances because they are trouble free and last awhile.

Love the fridge/freezer. Only drawbacks are that the ice door occasionally freezes shut & I have to grab plastic tongs to remove the ice while holding the freezer door open. Also the light is behind the ice/water. So yo can't alway see how full your cup is. The water does not come out chilled by itself. I have plenty of room for all my food.

We are pretty happy with this fridge, although the shelves are not adjustable, heightwise, there are so many shelf door options so we are able to fit everything nicely. The lighting is BRIGHT and we like it that way, you can see all the way to the back without moving everything around. Our first one was a bit wonky, the door would stick and make a terrible noise but Best Buy had another one to me in a week and we are very pleased with the purchase and delivery and follow-up. Delivery guys were professional and wore masks. Thank you Best Buy and Whirlpool.

The water and ice machine work well. This refrigerator holds a lot of ice. Water and ice have a good taste and no smell. When refrigerator kicks on, it can be a little louder than what I am used to. Overall, I am satisfied. Lots of door space that helps with bigger items as 2 liters and milk jugs.

I have had my refrigerator for a month now and have been quite happy with it. For the first week or so, the ice maker did not seem to work correctly. The ice chute kept filling up with ice and frost, which then melted into a glass I had put in the door. After that week, it has worked beautifully and I have had no further problems.

It's deeper than I would like, that's the only thing keeping me from giving it five stars. I would have preferred a wider, more shallow fridge, but this fits into the space we have and works great. It's a beautiful fridge, holds a lot of stuff, and so far it keeps food wonderfully cold--even gallon jugs of milk kept on the door.

This is a really good refrigerator, but as other have stated it is loud and because of energy requirements it does seem to run a lot. I do like the feature that if it is running and you open the door it stops running while the door is open. It was a good replacement for the 15 year old Whirlpool side by side that crapped out.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I am on my second replacement, hundreds of dollars in spoil food, time wasted taking days off work to get it repair it is ridiculous! Bought Best Buy geek squad protection but since my refrigerator is not a year old they keep sending me to deal directly with Whirlpool. On the phone for the 6 or 7 time trying to get it fixed and no one is helping I need a NEW refrigerator or my money back at this point very frustrated buyer beware when purchasing this useless piece of steel and also beware when buying their extended protection plan since Best Buy hides behind the manufactures warranty.

This is the third one we have bought for our homes. No complaints.

I bought this because all my other appliances in my home were Whirlpool to match. Attractive product and American made (as far as I know). Does what it is supposed to but beware this is standard size and may not line up with our countertops. For lower profile refrigerators look into "counter depth" models. I would recommend this model because it does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Love refrigerator but ice and water dispenser takes getting use to using.

Lets start with the great stuff. Its quiet. Its roomy. its well lit - the LED lighting is fantastic. works great. love it. What I don't love - the shelves are NOT adjustable. the milk and the salad spinner fit on ONLY the top shelf. Is it enough for me to return it or give it a bad review? no. its not. its live-with-able. A special shout out to our install team - they went above and beyond to make sure we were installed properly.

This refrigerator is very functional. It was a great price and the product quality did not suffer. We are happy with it. I love the side-by-side set up because it's easy for the kids to Grab & Go.

The fridge is great but the ice dispenser is a bit messy

My first ever refrigerator purchase and I couldn't be happier. This fridge is super cold and the filter system is awesome! The only thing I didn't like was that after a while the ice would get clogged in the ice maker, but it wasn't anything a quick youtube video wouldn't fix. Love it
