Good quality refrigerator, would buy again I like the storage space

We've had this refrigerator for little over a month now & I can honestly it's great. I'm glad we did go with one. It looks great it's perfect for my wife & I. The only thing I can say that's even a tad negative would be, it doesn't have the little try where you get you ice & water. I guess it's cause I always had one but my seems fine with it. She likes it the way it is. She said it stays cleaner because you wipe it out more often. Overall it's be great so far!

My main complaint is it's not smudge proof...have to clean it every day from fingerprints. I liked my old one better, but ice maker quit working.

Beautiful fridge. Works great on the freezer and refrigerator side. Fits perfectly in our space as we have limited room.

I was looking for a good, reliable and reasonable price refrigerator to replace my old one, and was very happy with this one.

Tons better than the Frigidaire that I purchased. very quiet and highly efficient, great ice cubes!!

Overall we are happy with the purchase. The only item I would comment on is the ice/water dispensers. When filling larger cups with ice its easy to set of the water due to its location. You will have to get used to holding the cup lower and at an angle. Otherwise you will end up with water all over.

I love my fridge but it already stopped dispensing ice and I’ve only had it for less than 4 months

Fridge excellent. Experience blah. The original delivery date set at the store came..and..went. No call, no clue. It took a day for their crazy system to reschedule. They did do a reschedule very quickly for the next day. However, fridge showed up damaged, probably by a fork lift, it appeared. Rescheduled again for 3 or 4 days later. It went great from that point. I still love Best Buy, so I'll blame the corona virus.

This refrigerator looks great. My only complaint is the shelves on the doors and poorly made. I put something away in the refrigerator and when I pulled my arm out it hit the shelf and cracked it almost in half. This happened on the 2nd day of receiving it. Will look into getting a replacement shelf.

Makes strange noises at night, also the door needs a rental nudge to shut and then the entire terfrig. moves. A tech is coming out on 2/22 to inspect it and hopefully fix it.

The product I bought is very satisfactory to operate and it has been good so far. The sale technician was very easy to work with and he is very knowledgeable in the various products that I was looking for.

Overall I am pleased with this product. Although shelves are not adjustable, they seem appropriately spaced. The door shelves are large and adjustable. Water and ice dispensers work fine. Drawers are a bit flimsy, but may just need getting used to.

The ice maker was nit working and Best buy told me that they could not do anything about it because i didn’t buy a service contract

Very happy with our purchase. If anything, it doesn’t make too much ice.

Perfect fit for tight opening. Only issue is water drips from dispenser into stainless door, can leave etching over time

We love out new fridge it came with a drawer that was broken and when we went back to Best Buy our salesman greeted us right away and when we told him about the bin coming broken he went above and beyond and called the company and got us a new one shipped out and it arrived just a couple days later, all I no is our sales guy was the best ever! And he did not even work in the appliance section he was in electronics!

The fridg. is great, and my installers were perfect! They were early. They called with updates on arrival time. They were so careful with removing the older refrigerator, and installing the new one! Not a scratch or piece of dust to be found when they left!

very spacious, lots of compartments, satisfied. The Fridge looks deceiving but there is definitely a lot of room. The only think I don't like is the bottom two drawers, they don't seem to pull out so smoothly. My wife has also made a comment about them as well, but other than that we are happy with the purchase.

Refrigerator is working well and it was a pleasant purchasing experience at the Best Buy!
