Ive had this side by side for a year now and it works very well! Ive had no problems with this fridge.

I love the look of the refrigerator but it is rather loud. I also found that it is not fingerprint resistant.

It's a very nice refrigerator -- but the day it was delivered (about 3 weeks ago), I discovered that the pull-out drawers bind & I'm having a bit of a struggle with Best Buy to correct this problem. I checked the floor model at the store & the drawers glided smoothly, so I know this really is a problem that shouldn't be happening. I'm still hoping that Best Buy takes care of this

overall it's a good fridge. The noise people complain about is normal for what I've heard off of every fridge out there that has an Ice/water machine.

Whirlpool quality refrigerator. I had a similar model for over 20 years. We upgraded to stainless steel. Looks great. Love the side by side design. The ice maker keeps us stocked with ice. It dispenses easily.

My sales clerk was exceptionally knowledgeable, pleasant, worked hard to earn my business, and - so far - has delivered what and when she promised. 2 appliances are on back order The 2 appliances delivered look great, and I hope they hold up for a long time. Nice job!

I've purchased this product several times for different investment properties and I've had very good results. So far I've never had any issues with functionality and it gives a great sleek contemporary design. I would definitely buy it again!

Exactly the height and width needed for the space it was going in. Great looking fridge and got a good deal on it for Presidents Day.

This is my 2nd of this exact same refrigerator. The first one was installed and within 10 hours, the freezer was down below 10 degrees and it was making ice. The refrigerator temperature ranged from 38 degrees on the top shelf to 50 degrees on the bottom. I tried setting the refrigerator on the coolest setting and still was never able to get the bottom shelf below 45 degrees. The top shelf varied from 38 to 42 degrees. Best Buy replaced it with the exact same model and the replacement did the exact same thing. I had Whirlpool send out a service tech. He verified my temperatures but couldn't find any issues. He said to load up the fridge to help it maintain a stable temperature. I loaded it up with jugs of water and checked the temperatures the next morning. The top shelf varied from 38 to 40 degrees. The bottom varied from 45 to 48. The freezer is at 3 degrees, so the compressor is fine. I have another Whirlpool service tech coming out next week to look at it, but the customer service person on the phone was trying to tell me that it's just fine for the refrigerator to be as high as 45 degrees even though their own website says it should be between 30 and 40 degrees and that spoilage begins once food has been above 40 degrees for two hours. (Quote from Whirlpool website: "The ideal refrigerator temperature is about 37°F (3°C). However, a range of 33–40°F (0–4°C) is generally accepted as safe for most purposes. Temperatures below 33°F may freeze foods while temperatures above 40°F may lead to food spoilage." and "According to the USDA, bacteria grows most rapidly in temperatures ranging from 40°F to 140°F, and fresh foods can spoil if they’re exposed to temperatures above 40°F for more than two hours.") NOT HAPPY! I spent a ton of money on this fridge and only the top 25% of the fridge is at a safe temperature.

Nice looking, quiet, and "cold". This style of ice maker reduces the freezer space a little if that matters to you. Likewise the refrigerator shelves are not adjustable, but they work well for us.

Fantastic, clean, huge! Works well for our family of 3, the water leaking dwon the front it the only downfall.

Great fridge. Whirlpool is a great reliable product

I had to get the delivery company back to level the doors and handles. They couldn't do it so I called Pacific Sales. Only Whirlpool is allowed to service warranty repairs so I scheduled an appointment with them. They were unable to level the doors and almost leveled the handles. The repairman said that most of the doors come not leveled. Also the door was dented and scratched so they are unable to fix that as well.

Love this fridge. Its beautiful to look at and serves my needs. Cold food. Freezer keeps things frozen

After much research on refrigerators under 2k, this was definitely the best deal. Great fridge at a terrific price.

Good unit. I like the touch pad external control, but it doesn't show temperatures. The ice dispenser should be taller to allow larger glasses.
