We've had this refrigerator almost 3 weeks now and we love it. Sounds like a 747 taxiing for take-off while 'fast cooling' but it settles down after that. Still a tad noisier than our old fridge but no big deal. LOVE the extra pull-out drawer door. SO convenient! A problem leveling the doors was solved by slipping garden hose washers cut into a 'c' shape under the 'low' door. YES, you can lift the doors slightly to do this. A Geek Squad member knew this but the Whirlpool fellow said only adjust from the bottom of the refrigerator. Improvised..... Looks beautiful in our kitchen.

New refrigerator is quite, water& ice dispensers are easy to use, absolutely enjoy using the middle drawer, very convenient. I do recommend this refrigerator.

This refrigerator is spacious, and the look is elegant. One of the cool features is that additional drawer right below the fridge. I would highly recommend it.

I love this fridge. I want sure about the middle drawer but I love it!! I keep my fruit and a few Gatorade or sodas there too. This fridge has plenty of room for all I need.

The refrigerator seems great. The install team was great. Been installed about a month. The ice maker doesn’t turn on. I suspect there’s a quick fix, so I’m not going to say the product is defective, but I when I follow the simple instructions on the owners manual, it still doesn’t turn on. My complaint is directed toward the service end of things. I called Best Buy around 7 pm on a weekday (I have the Geek squad plan, or whatever they call it) and after waiting for 35 minutes, I was told by the person on the phone that no one was still in the building who could assist me... they had gone home for the day. Fine. I called midday on a Saturday... while I waited, I went online to seek out the chat help. After about five minutes, someone started chatting with me as they made a good faith effort to help. The problem was, even though they knew the exact model of refrigerator I purchased, they had no clue how to help. They were asking me to press buttons and move levers that didn’t exist. The gentleman finally admitted to me that his expertise is with computers, not refrigerators. He insisted the only remedy was to send a technician out to my home. I was hoping to avoid that as I suspect there’s a quick fix I can do myself, but so be it. As it stands now, I won’t have a technician out to my home until Monday, November 16... roughly two weeks after reporting the issue. And by the way, the entire time I was engaging with the person on chat, I never hung up the phone... my phone call was never answered... another 45 minute process. If I didn’t hang up, who knows how much longer the hold would have been... Love the fridge, very disappointed in Best Buy.

So far, all is good......mostly. We set the refrigerator temperature at the recommended 38 degrees and items in the back were freezing. I've adjusted the temp to 40 degrees, so I'll see how it goes. Otherwise, it is quiet and the ice dispenser works great without a lot of noise. The Samsung we had would drop ice and about scare you out of your seat. This one is so much quieter and makes ice faster. We like it!

We really like our new fridge until the ice maker froze and we had to get somebody out to fix it. The technician said it's a known issue with this Samsung fridge and replaced 3 parts (including the motherboard). Other than that, the fridge has a great design outside and inside. We never use the door-in-door feature but the separate drawer is great to keep big platters and trays for a party. The shelves on the door could be a little better arranged.

Our new refrigerator is everything that was expected except for a noisy pump that fills the ice maker. Technicians will be out to check it next week, so my rating could go to a 5. The center chilled drawer is great with plenty of room. It is used for items that get used the most like cheese, butter, deli meat, eggs, etc. The best feature is the automatic water dispenser, as you can set the amount in ounces and fill your container by the push of a buttOn.

Love our new fridge! We had a Maytag side by side and we are preferring this layout. Like the middle draw for quick access to most used items. Just me and my husband, and we both are very happy. Only 2 negatives-- 1)inside draws aren't deep on freezer side so it limits what we can place in them and 2) ice cubes are Small and not a very big bin. We dump into a garage freezer bin to help with backup ice. Would recommend this to anyone... plus, it is America made!! That was important as well.

It’s a beautiful fridge! So much open space, excellent lighting, and excellent ambient cooling technologies. We've also had no issues with fingerprint smudges.

We truly enjoyed all of the features, especially the drawer to keep sandwich meat and cheese in. The only downfall is it is noisy than we had expected.

Just got a 4 piece appliance set installed. Dishwasher is nice and quiet. Microwave works well and the middle drawer on the refrigerator is great. Looking forward to trying the oven.

Best fridge I've ever purchased. Super quiet and lots of space

I bought this fridge after considerable research. The price was good, the delivery was free, and the fridge has a lot of great features. I love the separate fridge drawer to keep frequently eaten foods within easy reach. It produces plenty of ice for our family of 4, and the water is well-chilled. The fridge is a little noisy....when running water and dropping ice, but that doesn't bother me at all. I would have liked slightly bigger crisper drawers. You can't fit an actual head of lettuce or cabbage in the crisper drawers, so a little deeper would be nice. Overall, I love it. :-)

spacious, nice looking, and keeps things cool. I was worried about the ice maker hogging a quarter of the fridge space, but in reality the fridge is very big so we didn't feel like losing too much because of it. The additional fridge drawer is awesome, very convenient to have a kids section that they can reach without making a mess, and make all the veggies visible and organized. The door compartments don't really allow for customization, so you kinda have to work with what you get there. Overall a great product, and we are very happy with it.

We decided to proactively replace our 24 year Amana refrigerator with original icemaker (which had never had a repair) while it still worked fine. I read the horror stories for each brand and realized which brands had common universal problems I didn't want (new compressors dying or condensation & leakage). This Whirlpool is a definite upgrade in space and organization. It is great to see where everything is and I love the center drawer. Everything has its place. It is very quiet operating. At first it took a couple of days to reach the proper refrigerator temperature and we turned the thermostat a little lower to get a consistent temperature. After the initial startup, the refrigerator maintains a great uniform temperature. We did have a decorative strip on the door come unglued but that is an easy fit. It is easy to not fully close the left refrigerator door. There is a light that comes on when the door is open but no chime to annoy. You have to be careful to make sure door is closed. Maybe there is a way to turn on a chime, I don't know. Water and ice output work well for the two of us. I wish it had a wifi feature, but I would rather not need the feature and it work as it should. We have had it about 3 months and so far it works well and that is great. We don't expect it to last 24 years, but hope to get over 10 years of service from it -- maybe up to 15 years would be a nice fantasy!

When our old refrigerator died, we decided to get a french door as a change from the old style top & bottom unit we had. My wife loves the 4 doors, and the great accessibility of things in the middle drawer. The glass above it is a great touch to increase visibility from inside the refrigerator itself. The measured water dispenser is great for all the different size Hydro Flasks and Yeti's our family uses. Also very quiet when running, and the black stainless is really nice looking! It was quite a surprise that the salesperson at Best Buy alerted us to price matching, and available rebates, which made this an even better value!

We love our new fridge! Lots of storage space and the kids love the extra drawer. Perfect for keeping snacks like fruit, yogurt etc for easy grabs during the day.
