So far we are really enjoying this refrigerator. It is so spacious. We love the refrigerated drawer for drinks and things we want easy access to. The freezer drawer is amazing. It is so easy to see everything. We also love the two basket drawers at the top of the freezer drawer. We are also enjoying the water dispenser and being able to dispense water in programmed amounts.

We have mostly had GE products and this is our first major Whirlpool purchase. So far after a month we are very pleased. Love the design especially the middle drawer and the ice make keeps up with all we need for 2 people. I also like the programming on the front for water, ice and such. we bought this at the Best Buy outlet in Everett WA at roughly half the store price including the extended warranty.

Looks slick and and the design is very suitable for the family. One gripe is that the right door doesn't like to stay open but the left has no issues. The fridge is leveled and I found a workaround to keep it open but I have to carefully hold the door at its maximum opening position and slowly let go for it to stay.

Love the new frig - not noisy - touch screen easy to learn and use - middle draw is a huge feature for us - we use it as the "deli" drawer and the main part of the frig is not opened nearly as often as we use to open our former frig. Ice dispenser is really handy - and measuring how many ounces of water you want dispensed is an added cool feature!

I love my fridge. It has a lot of room in the fridge and freezer. This is my first 4 door. And the space it a lot more than what I’ve had before. I only need to adjust the shelves to my preference

Overall this is a very good refrigerator. It has lots of room and the exterior 4th door is a big improvement over the inside version from my previous fridge. My only complaint is the noise. Every 30-45 minutes it emits a very loud noise, I think from the water pump/ice maker. It lasts 3-5 seconds and is very distracting

Love my refrigerator! Love the double drawer and love the fact that there a separate dispenser for water and ice. The loud noise coming from the ice dispenser is bothersome, but because all other features are great; we are willing to put up with it. But we love even more if the noise could be quieted…

Good price , best buy do price match which is great. Fridge is roomy and nice looking, I got the stainless.

Replaced a fifteen year old side by side kitchenaid with this new refrigerator. Couldn't decide over stainless steel, or black stainless, but ended up getting the black, and I'm very happy I did. Love the freezer on the bottom, and I LOVE the pull out drawer, that I was hesitant on getting, because I didn't know what I would use it for. But I got to thinking how nice it would be to stick all the grandkids snacks and drinks in there, and it's wonderful for that. They don't stand there with my fridge wide open trying to figure out what they want lol. They just pull the drawer open and grab and go! Read some reviews that said the motor was loud but I don't hear it. So no complaints so far!

I bought this fridge for my mom as a birthday gift. We are so happy with it we’re a family of 5 now that all my older siblings moved out. Works perfect for us! Very satisfied with purchase!

Good space in the fridge and works great. Waiting 4 days for it though was not ideal.

Love the design, it has more storage, but is it durable? only time will tell so far for a big family wanted that broke 2 bridge good so far.

No issues, owned for a few months now. Will never buy another samsung fridge. Ice maker kept freezing over. No issue with whirlpool

Great fridge. Love the middle door. Only drawback is very loud humming noise but was told by Whirpool service that this is normal during "break in " period.

This is the nicest refrigerator that I have ever owned. It makes ice like a dream and the water is ice cold. The organization in my fridge is perfect now with all the space. Great purchase!

Nice looking fridge, can be noisy at times, so much so that I have to turn up the volume on my TV (I have an open concept kitchen/living area, should not be a problem otherwise). I have not tried all the features but seems to be worth the money.

The only thing lacking from this fridge getting 5 stars is the interior door shelving. It is not adjustable and holds very little, especially on the left side where the ice maker sits. The exterior appearance is very sleek and I will say I love the controls on the water/icemaker - how it measures the amount being dispensed. That's a definite plus. My other favorite thing is the spacious deli tray in between the freezer and fridge. It's great for storing snacks, cheese, meats, bagels - quick grab items. The stainless finish is also fairly easy to keep clean with a quick wipe down and does not leave fingerprints or smudges. I just wish the door space had a better design. Overall a nice fridge.

We went to the best buy outlet and purchased a refrigerator. The whole experience was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The appliances were in pretty good shape considering they were open box. We were able to purchase the one we liked and the staff helped load into our truck and the customer service was top notch. Definately recommend to anyone looking to save a little money and have an amazing buying experience! Thanks Best buy you have a customer for life!
