The climate controlled drawers keep the fruit & vegetables nice and crispy and doesn't ever give cold spots or freezer burn. Very spacious!

Great refrigerator, love the space and ease of directions on the front.

I would love to say I used this major appliance but sadly it remains installed but unused since 2020 in my new home. Due to pandemic related delays, I don't yet know how it functions. The reviews I read more favorable hence my decision to purchase this specific frig. Let's hope they are correct!

We had been buying GE, but their reliability was slacking. I researched the Whirlpool and found it to be more reliable, especially with my experience as an engineer. The price was a concern, but not near as much as the quality. At this time, this was the best choice for this household, and I imagine the fridge will last a while. Best Buy gave us a fair price, and the installers that delivered the fridge were outstanding!

This unit has operated wonderfully and without a problem for the first year. Only concern is how loud it runs.

We buy many appliances from Best Buy for our business. These particular refrigerator and Microwave was exceptional and priced amazingly!!!!

The fridge gets 5 stars- the 3 stars are for Best Buy. I got the fridge as ordered, it went into our garage and stayed wrapped up per the delivery people who insisted that we leave it like that because we needed to move it to our new home at a later date. They knew it would be 2 months or so later. Upon opening there was a dent in the freezer, now after I contacted best buy they said it is out of warranty. We could have solved this upon delivery if we opened the fridge as I asked the delivery people to do so, but they insisted we don't because they would help us when ever we moved if there was an issue of any kind. I spent over 1/2 hour in chats and being transferred to get "we won't help you call the manufacture."

I really, REALLY want to love this fridge. It looks so nice! The features like the water measuring is so cool and I love the drawer for my kids. However... the ice maker makes very little ice. We are a family of 4, two adults, two small children and if we have one guest over there will not be enough ice for everyone to have a glass of water. The ice maker has already quit working twice and we have a technician coming out to look at it and we have only had it one month. The door shelves on the left door are so skinny that barely anything fits! They are completely pointless. I do like how large dishes fit in the fridge. I do not like how the doors do not close all the way unless you push them- this is a problem with kids. It always has to be double checked that it’s closed. I do not think it’s worth the cost.

I bought this refrigerator to replace the one in my kitchen when the ice maker stopped dispensing ice. I love the French doors. They make it so easy to open and see everything at once but if you know which side you want something from, you can don't have to open the whole door. The pullout drawer on the outside is SUPER convenient keep things in that you frequently use. I did have to remove one of the door shelves so my milk cartons fit. Overall, I am very pleased with this product!

This is a good fridge with a lot of space but the ice maker/dispenser often gets clogged.

So far we love our new refrigerator, it is very spacious with adjustable shelving and very stylish.

We purchased this whirlpool black stainless steel refrigerator after having numerous problems with our Samsung model. Based on the reviews we were comfortable making the purchase and so far everything is working out perfectly. Refrigerator has excellent lighting in the center drawer comes in handy for daily used items. the only reason I'm not giving it five stars is only because the icemaker tends to be very loud when dropping ice. But you do get used to it.

Great unit so far. The ice area takes up more room in the fridge than we thought. Kind of a bummer. A bit louder than the LG we had for 12 years. All in all though, seems like a solid purchase.

The delivery men did a five star job. As far as the Whirlpool - 24.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, it's working as advertised.

I came from an 12 year old GE. I like having the middle drawer. Overall is a good refrigerator.
