I have had a problem with my refrigerator since October, they sent a technician and he said the problem was solved. I am still with the problem, the whirlpool refrigerator was freezing in the upper, part and started leaking making noise stopped completely, they kept rescheduling the appointment, I went to best buy to get some help the managed said: he cannot do nothing about that. I did not get any support from them; I am still without it fix. I lost a day of work waiting for them and every time a different excuse. I hope that review solves my problem.

This requires you holding a bowl under to catch any ice that falls when you open it.

It keeps items comfortably cold. Wish it had just a bit more space however especially in the freezer section. That's why we gave it a four star rather than five star rating.

Con when I gave measurements to my sales rep she said it would only stick out like 4 inches wrong it sticks out by 7 inches but I can live with that overall amazing machine

I especially like being able to have pre-measured amounts programmed. The center drawer is perfect for those items you use frequently.

I have always liked Whirlpool and very impressed with this item as well as the sales personnel who assisted me with the sale. Very professional and very patient. We had to exchange a new Samsung refrigerator due to ice maker issues, and this Whirlpool was a close match to what we had.
