The best part of my purchase experience was the knowledgeable sales person. I shopped at other stores and was lucky if I saw a sales person, and when found they really could not offer a detailed description of the device. I wanted to know the features before buying, and understand them too, not find out after receiving the device.

A decent fridge for the money.

Doesn’t release/open smoothly. Worried that it’s going to break one of these days or won’t release when trying to unlock it. Regardless of ice drawer, assuming that it holds up, I’d recommend this product.

Terrible installation!

IT WAS PLACED IMPROPERLY ACCORDING TO THE PLUMBER. TOOK A WEEK AS SERV PRO GOT RID OF WATER.MY KITCHEN FLOOR IS TORN UP AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT. FLOOR IS SAME LUXURY VYNAL THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE AND IS DISCONTINUED. WAITING FOR ESTIMATE AND TO FIND A SIMILAR FLOOR, IT WILL TAKE MONTHS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE.
