The quality of internal drawers is poor. There cheaply made with poor fit and finish.

Not enough room, sections not big enough for milk or juice cartons , other then that it works

I ordered this but I did not end up getting this refrigerator. Shelves were all shattered on the first delivery. There were 4 scheduled deliveries afterwards and all units have dents on the side and the back where motherboard is located. There were also scratches inside the refrigerator. I ordered a different brand after the 5th failed delivery.

We got this fridge as an open box. NOTHING wrong with it and it’s been PERFECT! Huge, stays cold, had lots of different ways to set it up inside.

Purchased the fridge and less than 2 years the ice maker broke. It wasn’t cheap! I figure it was a good brand and trusted whirlpool therefore I didn’t purchase extra warranty. Never again I will get an appliance from Best Buy.

Ice maker is extremely loud. It is disturbing and embarrassing.

I had a wonderful Whirlpool Refrigerator that I left when I sold my old home. I didn't realize that model was no longer being manufactured because I certainly would have taken it and given them this instead. There is very little shelf space in this unit; the refrigerator part randomly freezes items, and the design of the freezer makes it impossible to keep your items stored neatly. I have regretted this purchase since I made it but it's way too much hassle to return so I will just continue to tough it out until I feel I've gotten my money's worth.

Refrigerator and freezer make vibrating noise when open Freezer handle is loose. Unable to contact geek squad due to poor customer service . Unable to speak with someone in store whole experience is very frustrating

I give it is three stars, not look too attractive when I am trying to sell the house

The icemaker does not produce ice for several hours

I am very pleased with my purchase - price was right, delivery guys were just great. The only thing I can say in a negative way, the ice cubes are very noisy dropping into the bin in the freezer. I would also liked to be able to set the timer to a lesser time than 5 minutes when the fridge doors are left open. In that time, I could have left the house and not heard the alarm. Other than that, it runs quiet.

This is the worse refrigerator I've ever owned. Never worked right. Froze everything. Took 3 days to defrost a 6 oz steak in the fridge when the thermostat was set at 40 degrees. Kept it 2 months during the holidays before I returned it and bought a different one.

First few days, the freezer stopped working then the refrigerator stopped cooling and the ice maker quit. Called whirlpool and it’s 2 weeks before they can send a repair person out. If I didn’t have a 2nd refrigerator in the garage , I would have lost all my food.

The appliances all work very well, except for the dishwasher. The drying sequence is not very good and my wife has to leave it open for it to dry faster.

Had trouble from the day it was put in. Installers did not connect right, leaked water for days until geek squad came out and fixed it. Then it ran for a few days and compressor went out . All food in freezer ruined.

very cheap insides, plastic bin don't slide well at all. Freezer has coated wire shelve in side.

I wish I could give zero stars. Received refrigerator with a broken drawer and to top off my frustration BEST BUY is no Help. It takes an act of congress to get some assistance. My first and last time ever buying an appliance from Best Buy it started with delivery issues and has been ongoing since delivery

The freezer does not seal, ice machine broken. My food has been freezer burned
