I would recommend this to a friendwaste of money

Thought it will get better, but got to a point where all my fresh produce was getting freezes and had to trash it all. Contacted service as the fridge was under warranty, they tried to solve the problem by closing the vent that circulate the cold air in the fridge. I assume this was made not to be closed and I'm sure it will not solve the problem but mask it for sometime. Called the customer service and explained I was not happy with the solution, they said this is the only repair they offer. and if it fails they will continue trying to repair. I did spend the money to get a nice fridge, but ended up stuck with defected fridge that whirlpool won't fix and will push me to pay for extra warranty or pay for future repair.

Undelivered refrig

Then a few days after purchased was notified that it would not be available for delivery until 8/1. Just glad my current refrigerator is still operating.

Freezes Fresh Food

NEVER AGAIN

I will never buy another Whirlpool refrigerator, or any major appliance from BestBuy. My Whirlpool fridge stopped cooling/freezing 4 times in the past 4 years. It’s been cleaned, defrosted, parts have been replaced, and it still keeps breaking. To top it off, we purchased a warranty with Best Buy, just for them to say that we need to contact the manufacturer. We also have never been reimbursed for spoiled food.

Is there anything worth a crap anymore
